Zoom is a great platform for connecting virtually
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a great way to bridge distances between colleagues. I love sharing videos. I love that people can chat on the platform and that it's optional whether to share your video or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when zoom updates during a meeting. I wish there could be a warning. I also wish there was an easier way to fix any connection issues that some members can have during a meeting, maybe a message alerting the user to try another method of connecting?

Essential Tool for Meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a convenient platform that most of my clients can use with ease. I love the accessibility and versatility this platform provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the security measures that are in place, limit users' ability to interact or navigate platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of meeting flexibility. Everyone can meet without having to be in the same place.
Meetings in a new way
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has come a long way since when I originally used the service. I like that you can split out in meetings and come back in a group. Security has gotten much better and it is so user-friendly on any device or computer. I like the availability to screen share, raise a hand and interact in a variety of ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
For how I use Zoom, I am happy with how it is. Not sure there's anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The security and privacy with login options I like and they have really tried to accommodate the meeting spaces with advancement.
Zoom meets our needs, but could be more intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
There's a reason Zoom is the most recognizable brand in video conferencing, and that's because it is a well-built platform that offers a lot of personalization options to make it work for you. We use it for 99% of all meetings at our company and it has become second nature for us. I appreciate features like the Closed Captioning options, Share Screen/Present, and the ability to play sound via the presenter's computer. It provides fairly high-quality recordings as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features and options still aren't super intuitive to use. I constantly have to look up how to do things like share computer audio, change my background, do breakout rooms, etc. Navigating on the website within the account is not fluid. There are so many options it's a bit overwhelming. Creating breakout rooms is still a big challenge for me – it seems like every time I try to set them up in advance it doesn't work. Same with polls. I also don't love the recording time limits for accounts, which seem pretty low, especially since most people want things to be recorded now.
Also (not sure how to solve this) but the Chat feature is distracting. I wish there were a way to hide it completely if you don't want to see it or want to check it after you're done presenting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's kept us connected even when our company moved fully remote, so it's invaluable for that. We had been using Google but I now find Zoom a better platform, despite its quirks.

I really dislike when the band with lags and people have to sign off or shut off the camera in order for them to be heard

Most helpful feature is the "Support" button which allows you to provide support to a user in 2 easy clicks.
I use a multitude of meeting applications and always find Zoom is the one that always works for everyone.
My customers are always able to join a meeting and we rarely have any audio/video issues. Compared to
all the other major ones like Webex, gotomeeting, Teams it's so much simpler and easier for everyone to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
On a Mac it's annoying to have to go and change the security settings to make it work but that's strictly not unique to Zoom.
Integration with other email clients is not as good as it could be, I have to do a lot of copy/paste for links etc.
No way to paste in a code block in a chat when holding a meeting which makes copy/paste with chat of useful configuration, JSON etc. hard.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom is constantly a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
Using zoom allows me to teach violin virtually AND I really like the options in the audio settings because my violin and my students' violins have good, clear sound.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like anyone else, I don't like the occasional dropped call. Also, sometimes I've experienced the zoom schedule on my phone and computer not linking for whatever reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, the options in the audio settings allow me to enable original sound for my students and me. With these options the sound of my instrument doesn't cut out.
Zoom transforms face to face communication
What do you like best about the product?
This is a simple user friendly tool that outdated the old fashioned and expensive system of video confrenceing. Seeing one face at a time or the entire group is a great way to be able to communicate instead of traveling to far apart cities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The background options are wonky and have to be adjusted when sharing documents. Wish it were cheaper or free again!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slightly easier to share documents but I often connect on an iPad and transferring my documents to gdrive has been an issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Because it is used by many organizations and individuals, it's interface is well understood by most and pretty straightforward to connect with even those not very tech savvy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many nested menus and some challenges with finding and using more advanced functionality especially as a host. It can be a little clunky to be a meeting host or facilitator.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting with others when in person connection isn't feasible or is unnecessary. Increases efficiency for those interactions. Helps me feel more confident that I can meet needs of people in my work when remote access is needed.
Zoom is one of the best service I will recommend to any business owner
What do you like best about the product?
I started to use Zoom in 2016, at that time, Zoom still small and slow, but the price is unbeatable, since then, my small business grow with Zoom (they grow much faster than mine), and over time, my team used Zoom for more than 6 years, and they never disappoint us, from the host the small meeting, to large scale seminar, then International competition, we trust Zoom, and always reply on Zoom service. What like best are, superior service, feature pack, especially the cloud recording, of course, the user friendly price, by the way, I start to use whiteboard from Zoom, which is handy.

I hope Zoom can link to more CRM systems, so it can be an easier communication system for SMBs, I truly believe Zoom should extend its service area to SMB CRM, such as campaign management, online Ads management, etc.

they solved the key pain point for SMB owners, which is efficient and easy to use, plus affordable online communication.
