It's not perfect but it's getting there.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and mostly intuitive. I like the ease of scheduling and how it serves non-tech folks as well. I think it brings honesty to conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of it is not intuitive. If I want to blur my background, I go where? What happens if I'm trying to share screen, but need to minimize my screen to find the file?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communications across country and across continents and communications w: still OOO colleagues. Far more producctive. People will equivocate on phone but not if you're looking them in the face.
Zoom Quality is High, Even with Low Bandwidth
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom keeps the video quality high even when bandwidth is low.
When there is a video delay, it catches you up with a sped-up version of what you missed

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love Zoom. Really. It has everything we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote workers connect together, and that keeps our teams communicating well.
Stable team meetings with a lot of productivity features
What do you like best about the product?
I like how consistent the screen sharing quality is; it's very useful in a media production environment to give quick feedback and have a clear vision together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really easy to lose the UI when you minimize the program mid-call, and some of the annotation tools stop working randomly and require a full computer restart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is useful for bridging the gap where in-the-cloud-office settings would normally leave people on different pages; the biggest solution it solves is creating a mock open-office and boardroom setting without all of the extra fuss.
Great for Video Communications
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom meetings make it great for multi-user video communications, including screen sharing, audio sharing, remote control and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using Zoom for meetings in small organizations which occur infrequently and/or with very few attendees is limited to a max duration without upgrading. This makes one-on-one meetings very inefficient when trying to get a business started and funds are limited. One-on-one meetings or meetings with less than 3 people should be free to use so that it may enable very small start-up (pre-funding) meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps solve common bandwidth issues and poor user experience amongst other competitor products. Additionally, the device audio sharing has become very helpful during collaboration and review of creative assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The audio quality is fairly good--it's an improvement over the phone lines. Zoom eliminates the necessity of in-person meetings all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom is not always reliable. Unexpected glitches sometimes arise and it's occasionally an inconvenience to trouble-shoot. especially right before a scheduled call.

In-person meetings at work have not been possible for the most part. Zoom makes those meetings possible.
Love Zoom until it glitches.

The ease of setting Zoom multiple calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for clients who are not familiar with Zoom and many use their phones or iPads with some difficulty as novices. For me, my biggest struggle is the bandwidth/internet connection issue. I have a good internet connection and a sizable bandwidth, but sometimes I have trouble getting Zoom to "load up" quickly AND I get dropped from client coaching calls for no reason that I can tell. It's extremely frustrating. Zoom is the only app I use that doesn't play well with my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to do business virtually. Seriously, I don't know that I would have been able to take so many courses on the other side of the country if there wasn't Zoom and that is the same for clients who come to me from all over the globe.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add and round robin webinars between team members. The recording option is great as well. In addition, I have a private room for personal meetings and a general room for prospects.

Things flow pretty smooth and there isn't anything I don't like

We show our platform to potential prospects in 47 states. This allows me to be in multiple places, travel and still do business.

It is a great platform for teaching classes as well as working with clients virtually. It connects with facebook for Live videos.

It is sometimes difficult to see all the features of the Zoom while doing a screen share.

Teaching classes and meeting with clients virtually.
Ease for international co-workers.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to hear and see the person I am meeting with, usually multiple times per week. I also like being able to share my screen during a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it can be difficult to change settings when meeting with different people. Things like sharing settings, etc. are sometimes difficult to access while in a meeting or when meeting from a phone. I wish there was a whiteboard feature for easy note-taking and brain-storming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have beneficial meetings with people who are not in the same office as I am. It creates opportunities for brainstorming, impromptu calls when assistance is needed, and I can easily share what I am currently working on through the screen share feature.
Zoom for the social distancing win!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can add others to my chats, I can also share my screen and show others what I am looking at or working on. It's great for collaborations and being able to stay connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes about Zoom itself. When we first started using it there was a lot of issues because SO MANY people were using it but now it seems to run great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me stay connected to my 160+ volunteers. With Covid, we are not able to meet in person and Zoom allows all of us the opportunity to connect and work together on ideas and projects for the future.
