Utilize Zoom for both internal and external communications
What do you like best about the product?
The ability for our Mac and Window users to utilize Zoom for pairing during development, as well as our other Team Members to be able to collaborate with external users.
What do you dislike about the product?
We utilize Teams as well, so having two different communication tools hampers collaboration at times. Although it integrates well with our MS Teams Rooms, I would like if there was more integration between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with our developers when pairing using different systems (Mac and Windows machines). We have not found a way to handle this with MS Teams.
The most reliable platform for my meetings
What do you like best about the product?
I like the advanced options I have in the settings. We often use Zoom to do professional presentations during which we play videos, so it's important for me to be able to amend the noise reduction settings and optimize the music quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free version would allow for up to an hour and not just 40min. Sometimes it's also hard to tell where a lag is coming from, so it would be great to see some intelligent prompts built in for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom to do professional business pitches where we set up camera's and multimedia presentations that we cut between, and the interactive functions build into Zoom make it a great platform for us to use for these type of presentations.
Can accommodate more participants unlike goggle meet which only accommodates 150 participants
What do you like best about the product?
It is convenient for large organizations because it accommodates many participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
One has to download a zoom app before using it unlike google meet where you just use your mail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization does not need to give employees fares inorder to travel to the headquarters in order to have a meeting because it can take place from all branches.

pre-organize different meetings and can set different privacy and settings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Want to be able to go back and read chats after calls ended. and send files to attendees. Also if can have time log and track when someone joins and leaves a room also would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes remote work easy and convenient to schedule video and voice calls. love the share screen function to easily discuss work files with teammates remotely.

Zoom is an excellent tool for business conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, offers many features, easy access to tools. The user-friendly access to Zoom is probably the best feature. I can use it for business, my kids can use it for school, and my parents can use it for connecting with the family.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sound quality is difficult to control which makes it challenging to hear and understand people. I know that is mostly dependent on their technical materials but in today's age it seems like there should be some controls on my end to reduce an individual volume or eliminate my own feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps expand business, educational, and personal connection opportunities because we can now connect with people all over the world. It also saves time and reduces energy costs because we no longer have to travel to get to meetings and classes.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is so easy for anyone to use with or without the app which is huge for our team and customers. Other services like webex, Google, and Teams are more difficult to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest criticism is that the controls of the views when switching between presenters and screens can get a little confusing. However, that is by no means a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to connect with our clients face to face when the pandemic started and tried RingCentral and Teams before switching to Zoom. Now, we rely on it constantly to interact with each other and our clients as a fully remote business.
Great tool for media and podcast users. Zoom saved us during the Covid Pandemic.
What do you like best about the product?
What was most helpful was being able to record both Audio and Video and us both for our various platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to upgrade and pay monthly for certain aspects of Zoom as we did for the Professional.

Zoom helped us to pivot toward growing our Small Media Company, Zoom helped us to grow from a local media to a global brand.
ZOOM Use for Meetings and More
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access; well supported by team at ZOOM; relatively easy to interact with meeting members; great alternative to save long distance travel cost and time. have also used MS teams and prefer ZOOM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feedback can be an issue when people on the call fail to mute mics; it does not work well for sharing large room spaces or music; have struggled with hybrid meetings with an in-person group and a ZOOM group. This is an area that could be improved or greater guidance given for running hybrid meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure if it is in the works but the issues with hybrid meetings and music noted above would be helpful. A "How to" guide for running hybrid meetings would make it more productive for me.
Efficient communications tool helping people connect!
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use user interface and secure meeting links. Widely used and known. Very useful during the pandemic. The innovative features such as disappearing pen and video face improvement feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Poor video resolution, occasionally video and audio lag, lack of annotation features; mobile app user interface could have more features like desktop app.
Better meeting recording features - e.g. each speaker's videos and audios separately, high quality.
Price on the higher end, especially for single pro users. Need more online storage.

Connecting with people over distance, easier. Very convenient. Great educational tool or everyday communication tool with family, friends, students, peers and associates.
Overall it works great for such a fast-growth software

I actually like the camera filter the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the quality could be better, but I would expect to have to pay more for better quality. I'd also like the opportunity to set up an email automation for registrants to receive once they sign up for something.

To be able to have our customers in a room so that we can teach them has been invaluable.
