Great way to interact post COVID
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. We have people on our team that can have difficulty with technology, and they've had a much better time using zoom over webex
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that everytime you login for a call with multiple people you have to have a secuity option. I beleive that some meetings - them having a link should be enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are times that some co-workers are unable to join in-person, but I need them there. This helps reach that goal. This has been the case on multiple occassions.
Zoom has been very convenient for business meetings at distances.
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple People & no length of meetings. Ability to record meetings. Abiltity to share screens.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whiteboard is very lacking. It is basic, however not fully functioning for text size adjustments, adding more than stock options allow in space or sizes. And it is not compatible with co-use of the whiteboard for meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to do business for clients no matter their location, and allows meetings to happen wherever all parties are with the convenience and revenue savings of not having to travel for meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Zoom for years and it has come a long way. It does the basics of video conferencing in a way that's simple and visually appealing. It's easy to use the chat feature and emoji reactions are a nice option. Being able to 'hide' nonvideo participants, pin videos, or view videos in different layouts makes it easier to stay engaged in a video call. I also appreciate the privacy settings as someone who manages Zoom for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom went through some bumps during the first year or two of COVID around privacy and updates, but I think they've fixed a lot of that. The cost is on the higher end (though the free Zoom option is very useful for small teams) but their customer service is generally helpful when things go wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is fully remote so Zoom and Slack are the main ways we communicate. We use Zoom for our standing meetings or when we want to hop on a quick check-in. We also use Zoom to chat with partners who are across the US and the world. Zoom also integrates in Slack, Google, and many other platforms.
My professional experience with Zoom has been terrific.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of operation. Clear audio and video. Easy to create a new meeting. Easy to invite contacts. Good mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of one. Whiteboard is terrific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to quickly connect with clients and staff. It's been a terrific addition to my company's communication.
From 2-500, Zoom meets all my meeting needs
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everyone is familiar with Zoom now, there is a very small learning curve (even for older participants). This familiarity helps speed things up so we can get to the purpose of our meeting. I've hosted meetings with up to 500 participants and used breakout rooms, and it wasn't a hugely convoluted process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hacking that was happening at the beginning of 2020 was problematic and definitely made getting some users comfortable using the platform difficult. The backend of meetings and events can be convoluted sometimes and not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's expensive to host an event with hundreds of people. Being able to host and record virtual events is a huge benefit that is saving us time and money and also allowing our members who wouldn't usually be able to afford to travel to join trainings they would have previously missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to set up a quick meeting or schedule a meeting in advance. The security features within zoom make it simple to control a meeting with a large group. There are other similar tools, however zoom is the one that provides the most flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside, well not necessarily important, is the access and costs for Zoom Webinars for larger controlled meetings. If these were more available at a lower price or part-of-cost packages, then I would remove this comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to meet remotely with constituents and members of the public. Remote meetings have it more accessible to meet with individuals without needing to meet by phone or traveling to meet with folks.

What do you like best about the product?
What a great tool to use for long-distance meetings. As a Scouts BSA leader in charge of large regional events I use this tool to coordinate a staff including members from across easteren Wisconsin

The least helpful feature is having to set up who I allow to share their screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to have meetings with members of my team on short notice across long distances. This tool has saved numerous hours in the car and many gallons of fuel.

Connectivity and ease of use for our older members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit for each meeting. There have been times that meetings may run over, but if it happens too frequently then you are billed at the premium tier rate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our older members cannot make it into the church for small groups, and Zoom has been able to bridge that gap.
Remote worker collaborating with many different stakeholders
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use and has a lot of helpful features to ensure people can collaborate seamlessly. I especially like that it's a stand-alone app that keeps my browser free to multitask during meetings. This is one of the biggest flaws w/ google meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate how when I schedule a meeting it requires me to verify zoom w/ google to add it to my calendar. I always end up having to add the meeting manually which is a HUGE pain.
Also, if you don't have dual screens, you don't get to view your presentations in presenter mode, but i'm not sure if that's something that's possible to fix from the zoom side of the equation.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes it possible for me to work with anyone from anywhere. My entire business relies on this capability, so essentially, I wouldn't be able to do my job without zoom.
