Zoom serves our purposes for video communications.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and EVERYONE seems to know the product and are comfortable using it. This allows us to deliver our content virtually when in-person events or meetings are not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some are still worried about security and are not permitted to download the app, so they connect via the web which doesn't have the same capabilities for interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our members are from different countries around the world, so meeting in person for committees and board meetings is not feasible. Zoom allows us to connect virtually and have meaningful and product meetings from the comfort of our desks.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively universal, easy. to create meetings and share user info. Continually adding new features
What do you dislike about the product?
occassionally slow or glitchy (though this is of course dependant on internet connection as well)

Connecting with colleagues or external clients in our ever changing hybrid/virtual/pandemic world!
Zoom is use-friendly and has great features for diverse communication needs

Zoom is easy to use and has great features such as transcript for those who might be hearing impaired.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can be a bit pricey, so it may not be feasible for smaller organizations or individuals on a budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the problem of our organization having workers who work from home and in different parts of the SF Bay Area, to be able to collaborate together.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Zoom meetings are very easy to join, even without an account. Some other platforms seem unnecessarily complicated, so Zoom's simplicity really stands out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see too many downsides of using Zoom. Using it on my mobile phone is definitely inferior to the desptop version, but that's more about the screen size than anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to participate in and conduct meetings in the next best way to being in-person. Again, the interface is pretty simple, so getting a meeting going takes very little effort.
Zoom has made it easier to connect no matter where you are!

Bringing everyone together is a huge asset to our team!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sound quality can be a little wonky on the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is letting us connect to anyone with a phone or a computer- which is great. The user interface is easier than other platforms, and I feel very secure using zoom.
Easy to use and household name at this point. I am sure it can be better but I don't know how.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy of use for myself and clients. Nothing more frustrating than a program that people can't get on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to link at times to Gmail and other platforms. I honestly think that it might not be zooms fault but the other platforms trying to promote use of their alternative.

Covid initially made it where zoom was needed to connect with customers in an effective way and in person. Not having zoom is like not having Iphone. Ppl do it but why?

What do you like best about the product?
having my own personal meeting link that I can easily send to someone. I also like the one click feature. Ultimately this does a great job of making it quick and easy to join a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it doesn't integrated easily into other applications, especially teams. When I add a meeting in outlook it automatically synchs to my teams. I wish there was a feature like that for zoom

Enabling us to work in a hybrid environment and still maintain a human connection with prospects and customers. The controls are easy to manage, whether on a desktop or using the mobile app on the go
Good, user friendly interface with universal recognition and acceptance.
What do you like best about the product?
Very well know in the marketplace so most everyone we counter has had experience with it. The interface is very clean and user friendly and with universal acceptance and familiarity, there's always someone on a Zoom call who can help others who are new and need help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just a personal preference (and not really a negative or downside), but I just prefer the interface and functionality of GoToMeeting as compared to Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding the hassle and expense of our committees having to meet in person. Due to Covid, everyone seems to be familiar with Zoom meetings and now understand the value and efficiency of conducting meetings virtually instead of in-person.

The ease of having meetings with people outside your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
how the toolbar blocks browser tabs when sharing your screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to move to remote work at the start of the pandemic. We were already using zoom so we just expanded our use.
Zoom is the easiest, most ubiquitous video software
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is really easy to use, especially for video meetings. I think it does a great job making the user interface simple and they have added a lot of valuable features to allow for breakout rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Cloud Video recording quality is terrible. I know I can record locally for higher quality but that's not ideal. I wish they could allow me to do both so I can pull clips of the most important content at high resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ablity to host meetings with a large number of participants where they are interactive and I can see their faces. This makes for a much more intimate feel of a meeting.
