The best way to connect anywhere, anytime.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the intuitive nature of the Zoom platform. It is an easy tool for anyone in the workforce to use. Zoom has virtually replaced in-person meetings and allows for teams, clients, etc. to stay connected anywhere, anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the premium license, but the basic license only allows for 40-minute meetings. The time limit makes the purchase of the paid subscription a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom's platform allows our organization to connect with our member communities on a more regular basis. The constraints of travel, traffic, and time are virtually a relic of the 20th-century office.
Best in class tool for hybrid work environments
What do you like best about the product?
The sound quality and consistency are the main reasons our team relies on Zoom for internal and external meetings. We appreciate the interactivity of the platform, and the way music and videos enhance an online meeting experience for people around the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
The part that we dislike the most is navigating through the long list of settings to make sure each user account is fully customized. The advanced settings are a lot to get through!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom enables our company to have a virtual service offering to clients, which is now a substantial part of our business. We are now able to offer services to other companies that do not operate in the city where our corporate headquarters is located.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use both as a meeting host and as a meeting attendee. All features are simple and effective. I'm able to obtain clients in places I couldn't and I'm able to see more people each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the cost of the service. There should be more lower tiers of the service for those who don't need much. Have a few more options that cost less than the Pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to meet with and obtain clients in other cities and in other states that I wasn't able to meet with before. It has increased my business performance.
Decent - updates have made it worse.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and flexibility with views, security and recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
Painful that the events/webinars/sessions and regular zoom portals are still separate

Reliable Standard Videoconferencing Program That is Easy To Use.
What do you like best about the product?
We like Zoom the best because it is the most widely used conferencing software available. People can use it with or without subscriptions. Links can be provided to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not integrated into other software packages such as MS Teams if your organization is on 365. It can be more costly for a small business compared to other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zooms allows people from different places to connect and be seen in virtual person. This way they do not come off as being anonymous. We enjoy the face to face interaction.
Zoom Has Changed the Work and Learning Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very easy to use in our organization. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for tech newbies. Importantly, full integration into calendar apps make use within and outside the organization easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the Zoom team improve the background tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has nearly eliminated many of the unnecessary travel by our team post-Covid. Zoom also allows us to reach our students' families for meetings and conferences, eliminating a barrier to connection.
I wouldn't mind never going back to in-person meetings...

I love the dependability of Zoom! It's very easy to use and the quality of the software is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Zoom doesn't connect to the Google Calendar, only outlook.

Zoom is such a time saver!! I love how convenient it is to crunch 5 meetings into a work day and never have to deal with traffic.
Reliable majority of the time
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one way to video chat with people if you have no other way. It works most of the time, not all of the time though. If you have a pro account you can record your zooms and save for future; which is a nice quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's irritating that you PAY for a (pro) account and the app doesn't always work. It can become embarrassing and frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom was one way to video chat with people/clients if they didn't have any other video app.

What do you like best about the product?
It works exactly as I need with no problems or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be slow or obtuse. The secondary launcher does not always sync up with my account on the website so I end up having to use the website to launch meetings every single time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can connect with my clients easily and reliably.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and easy for others to access. Able to easily send links to people and invite to meetings

Some features like adding meeting hosts to access settings would be great

The privacy and it is benefitting as we do screenings over zoom for children and families
