Reliable, easy to use, keeps our team productive
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to schedule meetings and sync these with Google Calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only feature that is difficult to use with Zoom is the "share screen" function. Too often, my colleagues need to leave the meeting to change the setting to allow them to change their screen. It would be great if this could be changed so that no one has to leave the meeting to turn this setting on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me schedule meetings, connect with clients and colleagues, and easily manage schedules. Overall, it makes me more productive at work.
Still the most reliable and effective way to connect virtually
What do you like best about the product?
Like many people, I started using Zoom during the pandemic, and found it met a wealth of needs for remote work. It's easy to use, reliable and effective for everything from group meetings to video interviews. I love being able to schedule meetings in advance, video them, use chat functions and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Zoom largely from my laptop -- I find it a bit more glitchy if I'm using it from my phone. Not sure why, and it's not a major problem since I do more on my laptop, but would love to see it work as well from an iPhone as it does from a laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that Zoom connects people easily and quickly for both business and fun. I have used Zoom for business meetings, video interviews, brainstorming sessions and casual cyber get togethers with friends. My Dad (who is 86) runs a big band, and some of their community jobs even stream their concerts on Zoom, making it more accessible to those who enjoy music but may not be able to get to the concert live. I love that Zoom benefits people of all age groups, connecting in a wide variety of ways!
Zoom has become a staple!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is pretty straightforward and user friendly, both in the desktop and mobile friendly. The video is high quality and there are many collaborative tools. I like that you can record meetings and send them out for easy review or later-date note taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a long time limit on the free version. This has become a staple in so many areas, but specifically for school purposes it would be nice to meet with groups without having to pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working remotely alot during COVID and it allowed me to still work with my team and clients in a dynamic and interactive manner. Working with kids, it allowed the meetings to still be highly fun and engaging and activity based, just as it would have been if we were in person.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom platform is easy to access and simple to use for basic conference calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
Delay when hosting in multiple countries was often frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has allowed me to manage my time more efficiently by enabling conference calls on the go or outside of a physical location/office.
Zoom Enables Seamless WFH
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how quickly Zoom jumped into widespread adoption when COVID-19 arrived on US soil.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates and new features seem slow to roll out. Wish there were more features common on other co-working platforms – eg live shared doc editing, seamless integration of Google Doc tools within Zoom interface, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work should have been the norm long ago. I'm thankful the pandemic forced the hand, Zoom proved to the business world we could survive just fine on video calls.

Prefereances are set per device. I would like to have the same virtual backgorund without having to set up on each device

Meeting with customers and sharing drawings when it was disffcuilt in a pre covid world
Excellent Product. Premium is worth the price, great integrations, good interface, very few issues.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom almost daily. Being able to meet with clients, co-workers and prospects is invaluable. Zoom has all the features I need for online networking or co-working with a customer who is not great with technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is that when it comes to the share screen toolbar there is the constant presence of a window and a toolbar that should be hideable. It's moveable but I end up having to drag it around during co-working sessions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to very easily join business networking meetings, meet with my customers for onboarding or co-working sessions or have 1 on 1s to get to know potential customers' business goals.
Great connecting tool for nonprofits!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that zoom helps us continue our coalition meetings with members that can't make it from out of town. Super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't any downsides to zoom. Thankfully we have had a seamless process with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay contected. It is so important for non-profit coalitions to be able to meet and discuss concerns and having zoom as an options really helps bring more people to the table.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. They make it easy to customize what you need from the interface and support is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with multiple users in my firm creates some challenges. There are occasional scheduling issues within outlook. When I send outlook invitations to people, it is hard for them to find the zoom link after they accept it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us meet with clients face to face whom we previously only had a phone relationship with. These are much stronger relationships and the experience on both ends is much more personal.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of inviting outside attendeees and how cross compatible it is and how easy it is to to install and setup for the first time espcially for first time attenders
What do you dislike about the product?
At takes entirely too much familiarity with the admin side in order to set things up in a consistent matter. The recording options, outside, locking, wait room, it all has to be done ahead of time and cannot be modified mid go, and if you do, it makes a new invite and then you have 2 invites sitting out there and people joining different meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Teams and Zoom. Teams is our standard method, but Teams does not have a good mass webinar system yet. Zoom does, and it works well for what we need each quarter.
