Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Convenient for all types of users, computers, and overall good quality!
What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike not having an option for a countdown timer access in the corner; Previously dislike the inability to have a calender sync for invites...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connection ease with national and international clients; convenient accessibility how it easily works on my iPhone as well as computer
Zoom is a great tool to keep connected during challenging times
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly and easy to use. I like that you can have a meeting with colleagues even if they are at a distance. I also like the annotate feature so that everyone can add in their ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult to keep an eye on the waiting room when presenting a meeting but that doesn't make Zoom bad or inadequate. I don't have any negative remarks about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing me to stay connected with those who are not able to join meetings in person. It is a great tool when needing to be out of the office to stay connected with the team.

Allows me to provide my services to those who are unable to come in person.

The changes to the system without a heads up.

Connecting to clients who still are not able to join in person due to covid or travel challenges.

The most helpful part of zoom is the zoom rooms.I like that you can switch between hosts adn waht not. I also like the aspect of being able to invite ppl to a zoom room via tap
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that working with zoom rooms you cant BYOD, we also have switch but it seems to need resetting as well as needing a speical driver to use screen with macs

They helped us with the mac swytch issue , we were able download to displaylink driver so that we could use it
Zoom makes collaboration easy
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes collaboration in my remote work environment so easy. I love the chat function -- and that I can chat with partners at other orgs too. The functionality within the Zoom interface is great and makes it straightforward to share content and collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Google calendar never works quite well -- even when I select my work calendar when prompted, it always opens my personal calendar, without fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a remote environment, connecting with colleagues can be challenging but Zoom makes it possible not to just see each other but to really make it feel like we are working together.
The Zoom platform is extremely user friendly. And provides the adequate services

The link creation is easy to use, and the share screen as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not allowing multiple user logins at the lower service teir.

Team connection - We use it for sales & marketing meetings every week. being able to share visual ideas with a whole team is great.
Great for Teams of Any Size
What do you like best about the product?
We love that Zoom offers the ability to both schedule meetings and create meetings on demand. The functionality set alternative hosts is great for recurring meetings so any member of our team can get a meeting started without having to reschedule the meeting in event of the coordinator's absence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I wish we could change about Zoom is that only paid members can be listed as alternative hosts. I wish I could list anyone as an alternative host.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our team to remain remote while continuing to be productive. We can meet "face to face" to work through more complex problems and make sure to get "face time" in with all of our clients without any travel.
Best way to connect on-line
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, as well as the integration with my google calendar, are just a couple of my favorite things about Zoom. There are so many features and things I can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is how crazy expensive Zoom gets if I want the version that allows me to do breakout rooms. I would only use this feature occasionally so I am disappointed by the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is instrumental in interacting with my clients. My business could not have survived without it. In addition, Zoom allowed my business to grow since I can meet with clients worldwide.
Essential to my ministry
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that folks can come on and connect but easily leave if they need to makes it very accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you can't hear someone unless everyone is quiet. there is really one sound at a time...that's not how real conversations go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us connect with people we wouldn't otherwise see.
Zoom Saved Us in a Pinch
What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use and our young people take very well to it. There are very few kinks and hiccups which I greatly appreciate. We prefer to use this platform over Microsoft Teams and because we are so accustomed to it, we are not open to trying anything else at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any real downsides - or we have not experienced any at this time. The platform is super easy to use, but admittedly we have not used all of the functionality yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like most, my youth program was thrown into chaos once covid-19 hit us. Being a sports and arts program, we had to think really creatively about how we could continue to run the program and support our young people who were very confused by the need to isolate. Having access to Zoom challenged us to convert many of our programs to a virtual format and it worked out so well, that we continue to rely on Zoom for virtual programming and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
