Meetings and Webinars are Easy to Conduct
What do you like best about the product?
The setup and reporting are pretty straightforward and provide complete information for our needs. I like the ability to custom brand our events, and for meetings the setup is easy to train and utilize (even for our less tech savvy users). We also like Zoom Rooms for our larger meetings, allowing anyone to screen share in the room without any complex changing of permissions or logging in/out. Overall, you can conduct meetings and webinars without any interference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are general user interface things that can always be improved, but overall I think it is fairly intuitive. The one thing I wish would be added for efficiency's sake is to allow Surveys to be built into the template. We use standard questions on each webinar, and having to manually add them each time vs having them built into the templates we use is a pain. Customer service also leaves much to be wanted. Other users tend to be our best tech support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We conduct a lot of remote telecommuting as well as webinar events. Having one platform that integrates both in an easy-to-navigate system is a productivity win. From screen sharing to video sharing and conferencing, even conducting all-team meetings, the product covers all our bases. We also use the Zoom Rooms to host meetings in our conference rooms through an easy-to-manage interface vs needing to drag a computer with us each time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and broad use by colleagues
What do you dislike about the product?
The reinstatement of the 40 minute limit for free accounts. This restore should be extended for free accounts, especially for companies working with public service organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of meeting with people in various locations has been solved by zoom. Scheduling is also easier because of zoom's universal application. The time limits for free accounts is a challenge.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that most of the time it works well! I love the way participants are displayed, how you can change views, etc and you can share sound and teach with music while speaking. I disliked Teams, Google meet was OK.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were notifications that the updates are out because some people don't know until something stops working or there are delays, so I'm always telling colleagues or participants. Hey update ur zoom!
There are other minor things I dislike but nothing that doesn't have an easy workaround so they're not worth mentioning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now teach and take virtual classes which allows me to connect to people worldwide not just in New York. This also allows me to spend less time commuting, saving me time and energy.
Best online meeting platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to navigate. It has all the main features you need including: breakout rooms, waiting rooms, host assignment and meeting recording.
What do you dislike about the product?
One feature improvement would be to allow you to drag the speaker window to the top of the screen directly below the camera for better eye contact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote meetings with clients and teams when meeting in person is constrained or not possible.

I love that Zoom continues to add new, valuable features.

It is still somewhat vulnerable to Zoom bombing and other harassment techniques, but it has made progress in this area.

I need to work with students in an online platform that is stable and feature-rich.
Simple to Use Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to navigate once a zoom call is initiated.
The screen sharing function is very helpful and makes using zoom worthwhile even for small intra-company meetings worthwhile.

It could be simpler to send out zoom meeting notices directly from Zoom instead of having to copy and paste the meeting invite into another email.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows us to connect and collaborate with our customers, clients and our internal team. Our internal team works remotely and by using Zoom we are able to hold more productive meetings especially when there are materials to share and review.

What do you like best about the product?
zoom has an easy to use interface for meetings, calls, and screen sharing. The marketplace is full with value packed add-ons to supercharge zoom for your specfic use case

The UI feels a little bit dated, but nothing that would prevent me from using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom simply enables business to get done from a remote setting. It integrates with my calendar so managing a full set of calls has never been easier.
Still the only game in town
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is ubiquitous. Everyone has it or uses it for business and/or personal use. So everyone is familiar with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature requests and updates to fix errors are taking to long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an educational institution and have moved a large percentage of student interaction online. Zoom is our online platform.
Zoom is Still the Standard for All Video Conferencing Software
What do you like best about the product?
After using Zoom for the past 3 years, I find that it is the best video conferencing software for a few reasons:
For Business Use - Zoom is reliable and easy for most people to use. Anyone can set up a Zoom account and it is device and operating system agnostic, unlike FaceTime, so works for groups that don't necessarily have the same times of machines or networks. Chat, recording, saving and sharing extend the tool beyond just meetings.
For Personal Use - Zoom works for all levels of comfort and familiarity with software and video chat tools. A child can use it and so can a senior adult. The features, such as the white board, make collaborating easy.
Overall, I prefer Zoom to Meet or Teams and definitely more than FaceTime because of how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I completely understand the time limit for the free version, it can be annoying when someone uses that version and needs to stay on longer. At the moment I don't have suggestions for improvements. Zoom sends out a monthly newsletter and they seem to have a lot of good improvements already in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom keeps me in touch with my clients, none of whom are local. I use it screen share, especially when I have to train them, and also use it in place of conference calls just to maintain a personal touch.

Being able to integrate into Microsoft and Google products. Also enjoy the backgrounds and new features to play games and setup meetings and etc
