What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use for myself and others I invite in. I appreciate the options to turn on camera or not and to be able to mute others as needed. I also like how well Zoom works with facebook.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only aspect I dislike is not being able to use the webinar since I have not chosen to add more cost to my membership of zoom. Otherwise I do enjoy zoom and it has been a great addition to my at home work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom makes my online business possible since part of what I do is teach online and zoom creates the classroom space I need.

The best of all the video conference options

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set and schedule meetings right from gmail using the plug in. Easy to record meetings to review later. Messaging is simple and easy for everyone to use. Much better experience than google meets or microsoft teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly when comparing to other video conferencing platforms I find it hard to complain. Zoom handles most of everything i can think I would need in a vdeo conference. As of now no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large company calls or group training sessions are very easy. The screen share makes it easy to pick and choose who sees what and the ability to record for later review is a huge plus.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is fairly easy to use and configure. Getting participants on board for meetings takes little effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
.The 40 min cap for free accounts is a hindrance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When to pandemic began, our organization was concerned about being able to interact with clients and partners. With Zoom we are able to communicate with clients and partners while still being safe.

What do you like best about the product?
I have a high level of confidence it will do everything I expect, from 1x1 calls to >200 participants in many countries with breakout rooms. The interface gets out of the way and that helps me concentrate on the conversation. Screen-sharing is easy, has multiple options, and includes audio playback without any patches/workarounds.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout of the recording display seems hit-or-miss in the settings (size ratio for the presenter and shared screen content). A preview, or at least a visual layout, of how the recording will appear would be a helpful improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom seems to be universally accessible. I don't need to think about platforms and plugins and which ones others might have, I can just send a Zoom link and think about the meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the new updates so that now you have options to Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meeting and Zoom Events.
I like the fact that it has universal access.
I like that folks can join by phone or by video.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it is a bit clunky adding and taking away an account admin
I want to be able to hand over a meeting to an Admin then exit and host another meeting going on at the same time.... all within the same Zoom meeting business account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the beginning of the pandemic, our Company was growing and I needed technology to conduct interviews that were user-friendly on all fronts!
I used Zoom for phone screenings and interviews while other companies were still using Microsoft Teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Video and sound quality are usually pretty good. The connection is mostly stable and I like the ability to blur the background to avoid distractions while at work or at home
What do you dislike about the product?
Some connections get bogged down by using both video and audio so users are forced to stopping the video portion in order to continue on the call. I have issues with logins and the user interface could be improved
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect for work meetings as well as online school meetings is nice and Zoom helps to solve that. However, I'm not sure if the benefits or more or less than what Google meet provides

What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing is the best feature on zoom. We have attempted to use other platforms for our meetings but none compare and often times the calls are dropped. Never had an issue with the calls on zoom.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing. It's definitely not the cheapest platform that exists. There was no group discounts offered like many other platforms did and it's not as user friendly when setting up the platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved a variety of problems regarding connectivity, ease of use, and customers reached. It has made staff meetings easier to navigate and conducts as well.

ZOOM makes it happen when you need it most!

What do you like best about the product?
The most obvious benefit of ZOOM is that you can meet anytime and anywhere, and it's like you're in the same room! Between screen share, whiteboard and Breakout Rooms, the need to travel to meet together is eliminated!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that the most challenging thing about ZOOM doesn't really have to do with ZOOM; it has to do with the Internet and everyone's connections. If someone is unable to connect properly, the entire meeting and scheduled time can be wasted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZOOM is solving the problem of everyone having to be in the same room at the same time to have a meeting. In a city like Los Angeles (where I live), this can be great on days where the meeting would be the only reason to get in the car and battle traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have a lot of control is helpful and I appreciate the ability to schedule ahead and create co hosts and break out rooms. It works more reliably than google meet in my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the audio controls and enhancements were more robust and that some of the settings that you can only access and change in your account online for meetings were actually changeable and accessible within meetings themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They help individuals and businesses to connect reliably across time zones and areas. The platform is useful for sharing screen as well which has been very valuable for collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been relatively easy to use as well as teach. Like many others we earned a crash course in the height of Covid which necessitated a move to a virtual communication tool. Zoom provided for that and we still use it today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like the ability to set up a general user for our organization, rather than needing to have it linked to a person's account. We have several who take turns teaching a bible class where we need Zoom, the only time that person may ever need it, and possibly only once or twice a month within a 3 or 6 month period.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps us stay connected with members and visitors of our congregation who would like to attend bible study or class, but who are unable to attend in-person.
