Zoom makes business easier
What do you like best about the product?
I love the options to add virtual backgrounds and adjust audio for different conditions and to save recordings to the cloud and download.
What do you dislike about the product?
When meetings are large I typically see performance issues with cameras being on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create classes/ courses as well as offer live webinars for my clients.
Zoom's greatest advantage - so many people have used it.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has most of the features I need to facilitate in depth workshops: polling, breakouts, advanced screen sharing and more. The fact that nearly everyone you work with remotely has used Zoom at least once, is a big help
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom opens multiple windows and it is not always clear where your controls are. The menu options change based on features available to you as a presenter or participant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to make a work session as equal to a face to face session as possible.
Meets Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to include people in a meeting that are literally scattered around the world. The video is clear and the audio is pristine. The ability to "showcase" one person is an asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not surprisingly, a small, nonprofit charity would like the price to be lower but we haven't found anything cheaper that works as well for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A church doesn't really have "business problems" per se but Zoom has been invaluable in connecting people, especially through the pandemic.
Great for one on one sessions not group
What do you like best about the product?
I love zoom for the ease of use. My customers have a wide range of skills with technology and some have very little experience. Zoom is easy to use for most people which is why I like the platform for one on one sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
When trying to use zoom for my group exercise class- multiple times it disconnected me which definitely started to take a toll on the success of my class. It seems that Zoom has more glitches when session has more than one person even using an Ethernet cable and with adequate internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping me connect with customers all around the world in an easy to use way. I am able to hold one on one sessions for my online course and also record podcast interviews using the platform as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The reliability of the product and User Interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
The audio glitches and that it doesnt save my log in
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need for in-person meeting. In LA that's most of your time. Driving to meetings that could have been done over a ZOOM but until the pandemic, it wasn't the norm.
User-friendly, some limited ability, but good experience so far.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to monitor those on the virtual meeting and add others through a non-email required platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connectivity is sometimes difficult and I've found that Zoom calls more frequently have internet issues, opposed to other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's incredibly helpful for us to meet virtually with clients as opposed to the amount of in-person meetings/expenses we incurred previous.
Typically Great for Everyday Use
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and does not require a lot of training for basic features. Links can be sent to external parties without a lot of instruction. Most people have used zoom and know how to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom does not work correctly without regular updates and I have to make sure my team stays up to date because we do not have IT support. With IT support this should not be an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is great for remote teams and remote sales. We use the links for everything from HR to the sales department. Without zoom we would need to spend money on travel time and office space.
Zoom Kept me Sane During the Pandemic!
What do you like best about the product?
During the pandemic, Zoom was my primary means of staying in contact with friends and family. I live alone and with that, I would have gone mad!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like! Zoom works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for meetings and for socialising (primarily playing games with friends).
Easy to use, consistent video conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the integrations Zoom offers with other apps such as Calendly. I also appreciate that the quality is consistently good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike. It's a little pricey for my premium subscription but even that is reasonable value for money and they certainly offer a good free product as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Zoom for meeting with other team members as well as clients for my coaching business. Zoom allows me to easily schedule and adjust meetings as needed when integrated with Calendly.
Ubiquitous and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is basically familiar with Zoom at this point, so there is no need to worry about clients getting confused about how to sign in to the meeting. I also like that Zoom integrates with many other programs either directly or via Zapier, allowing for some automation to occur.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations they place on the service seem quite arbitrary at times and are a naked attempt to squeeze their customers for more money.

Meeting remotely in a simple yet secure way.
