Great for online fitness instructors

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is THE standard - it's user-friendly, reliable quality streaming (if your internet is fast enough), and clients can join from their computer OR their mobile, and both seem easy options
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had older clients complain that they are confused about having to download the zoom client the first time they join a class/meeting. Save-to-the-cloud video quality is quite low/blurry, so I always have to save the recordings to my PC
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously I've used zoom for professional corporate video conferencing, but now I use it to teach online group fitness classes and online private lessons - it allows me to work with clients/students literally all over the world! And since it really is the industry standard, everyone is comfortable working with it and I rarely have to help anyone with technical difficulties

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the noise clearing and the virtual background. I also like that it's very simple and easy to use. It also has a good audio and video presentation compared to others. I also love its integration with Slack. I also like how you can change the settings (like removing desktop sharing in screen sharing, etc.) I also appreciate that it reminds you you're on mute when you try to talk.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it's so data heavy sometimes. The overall look seems a bit old-looking. I don't like that I can only chat one person or everyone. I also find it strange that a room can only run for 45 mins even if a licensed member is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Slack and Zoom has better calling and screen sharing abilities. It's faster, cleaner, less heavier on data and it even has better audio. Zoom also makes video calling more professional through virtual backgrounds and noise removal.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it's very intuitive to use and the amount of features Zoom has. Excellent audio and video quality. Online recording it's a great feature they also provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I wish they did better was the user handling. I use my Zoom account on two computers (not at once). I don't particularly appreciate that my account is always getting disconnected. I believe there are better ways to handle users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am connecting with more people for both work and personal. I am part of different communities, technicals and no, so technicals and Zoom allow me to communicate with multiple people simultaneously, even when we are all in another part of the world.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is the best part about Zoom, just a few clicks and you're on video chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricey for a basic subscription if you're not using all the features. I only need a handful of features - so if I ever stop needing them, I won't continue paying, which is shame because Zoom nails the basics for video calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of connection for last minute meetings. And because everyone uses it, there's little to no fiddling with the technology

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is user friendly, fairly intuitive, and has many options for customizing the software based on needs. The differing plan options are helpful as well as the ability to store videos on the cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the effort to constantly improve however sometimes it seems like updates happen over night that significantly impact workflow. Usually they are easy enough to adjust to but sometimes that hasn't been the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a yoga studio that had to transition to online overnight. Zoom made that possible. This is beneficial because it allowed us to continue to operate during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
We recently combined our corporate accounts into one main account which makes it easy to manage licenses, users, and billing - all centralized and in one place. We also like how users have their own personal meeting room, and the ability to create instant meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really had anything that hasn't worked well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped tremendously when COVID hit, and in-person meetings for our Sales Team, and remote staff were not a possibility. With Zoom we have been able to stay in touch, and also continue to reduce T&E expenses by having the option of remote meetings through Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall Zoom has become my number one way of doing my 8 classes each week. Best thing I added during the pandemic. Don't need to travel or lug anything to do my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion may be slow to open or close if it thinks not active when actually playing video session for ant late arrivals. Not sure why this happens as it is a paid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much stated in what I like. Best part is I no longer have to rent a venue so pass some of that savings onto my attendees.

Versatile Tool. Not just for meetings

What do you like best about the product?
We all know Zoom meetings by now, but the webinar feature has been a really important part of growing our business and marketing during the pandemic. I've used WebEx and Teams and they're just awful in comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've all spent too much time on Zoom. Ammirite? But overall, I haven't experienced issues with the platform and am happy to continue using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business relies on face to face interactions. Not being able to do that during pandemic (and now that people are largely remote) would have killed us. Zoom lets me collaborate with clients and staff around the country and saves both time and travel costs.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Zoom is bringing people together! It is easy to set up a meeting and there are many tools to choose ftom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything about Zoom, but I find some people struggle with logging on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me greatly when I have an in-person meeting scheduled, but participants have fallen ill. It's also very convenient when there is a deadline to meet and we need to meet in a hurry.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has set the standard for what video conferencing looks like. Most people are familiar with it at this point and comfortable using it, at least to some degree.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it now cuts you off after 40 minutes. In the beginning of the pandemic, we had unlimited time. I understand making some of the features (breakout rooms, etc) a premium upgrade, but it feels reasonable to at least give an hour, if not unlimited free Zooming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of distance. It is convenient to allow people to stay at home or in their own offices and yet still have a face-to-face (ish) meeting. Some of our programming involves partners up to 45 minutes away from our community center, so by meeting over Zoom, no one has to deal with traffic or waste time in transit in order to attend the meeting.
