What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have an account so there is no limit on how long I can hold meetings. I like that I can easily create Zoom meetings from my computer and just as easily on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have a small dislike and that is just when the reception is slow or bad it can be a struggle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problems really with Zoom

Life Changing App during the Life Changing Pandemic

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility that Zoom offers in holding multiple meetings (plenary and breakout rooms), the option to save onsite and on the cloud, the ability to interact and control the interaction, and the details of its functionalities that make it one of the best online platforms in the market to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom takes a very large data allocation. In classes, not all my students have unlimited data allocation from their ISPs with some relying on mobile data. If there is a way to decrease its data usage without sacrificing its essential functions, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never realized that meetings, classes, conventions, presentations, and other convocations can be preliminarily held to save on time. The pandemic forced us to change the way we do business and Zoom has filled that gap in the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Writers remain connected, review work. We confirm our WV literary community. Zoom Spans US, local, Intl.. Distances, like Mexico, Europe, S.Amer. Our contacts appreciate connections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our slightly weak local connectivity. We've wanted to expand thru use of Zoom Educ. Webinars, to complete our needs; time is issue when working, esp. in past two years. We began zoom March 24, 2020,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We rely on zoom to maintain strong personal and literary connections, and cut costs of high petroleum prices, but still schedule a monthly in person session with local eatery afterwards. We

Great for 1 to 1 clients and hosting workshops

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which you can: share links, create breakout rooms and use the chat function during meetings. I like the options for different views which suits a variety of meeting types. I appreciate the availability of both audio and visual recordings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to edit recordings on zoom. I would like to be able to co-host more easily and use this forum for FB lives (thi may be my lack of knowledge rather than an issue?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I host meditation groups for a range of clients. Being able to offer the group over zoom means that travel is not a barrier. This is particularly important for clients who are carers. So zoom supports mental health! I also offer courses on mindfulness. With zoom I can easily make the sessions available on replay which adds value to the course for me and my clients. Zoom has enabled me to widen my geographical spread such that clients are no longer limited to my geographical area. I live fairly remotely, so with increase in petrol costs I have noticed that "local" clients have also been using zoom for one to ones. So zoom is making my services more affordable

Great but not always straight forward

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for meetings with a short updating time.
What do you dislike about the product?
When troubleshooting elements of hosting a webinar on Zoom, the help information provided by Zoom is not always helpful. It would also be great to be able to have a co-host not within one accounts network but from two different business accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not sure it is solving any problems, as I do like other web calling services, Zoom is the most recognized and so when working with some individuals it is the easiest platform to use because it is known.

What do you like best about the product?
I find zoom to be very user friendly and I love that it is also very easy to use from a mobile phone as well as a on a computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is sort of silly but I wish zoom would have an alert noise when someone is entering into the room and is currently in the wait room or when you are in the wait room and have been accepted to come in. I often times jump onto calls early and the zoom screen ends up behind tabs on my computer so it would be great to have a notification noise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect with my current and prospective coaching clients without needing to meet up in person. I can help people all over the country now thanks to zoom.

Simple and Inclusive

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great for bringing people together. You don't have to be particularly tech savvy to access the service and folks of all ages and skill levels are able to come together in a simple but effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike in particular; it does what it's supposed to do. One thing that might be helpful is notifying about updates somehow so that I don't encounter one when I'm already running late to a Zoom meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping us stay connected with the people that matter to us. When the pandemic struck a couple of years ago, we began to use Zoom even more to keep our people together and on the same page. It streamlined communication and kept us moving forward as one.

Great Video Software

What do you like best about the product?
The use of the software is easy. Sending the links is very easy as well. I also have a lot of people that like to record so being able to have users record is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The security risks. A lot of people don't like to use Zoom do to the security risks so users in pharma or HIPAA companies don't use Zoom which limits who can join.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to connect virtually and easily. The API is also open so it connects easily with Slack, Asana, etc. so the use of the tool is great.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that most people are familiar with the Zoom platform, making meetings easier and more efficient. The cloud recordings & waiting room is great, and I like how the home screen with meetings is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the features that I require in a video conference platform are only available on the paid version. I wish there were louder notifications for waiting room participants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients from around the world, so Zoom allows me to connect with them face-to-face. It's easy to create meetings and share them, with a variety of options to join.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating a meeting is easy and integrates with our Outlook Calendar. The tools within Zoom (screen share especially) allow for collaboration. I've used SKYPE in the past and it just became too cumbersome to use; zoom was an excellent replacement for SKYPE
What do you dislike about the product?
There used to be a way to create a meeting "right now" and then I'd copy the link to the meeting and send it to the group. If this still exists I'm not sure where it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is obvious (COVID made it possible to work remotely and still feel connected). However, I've been using Zoom for years before COVID-times. We have several employees that work remotely and a long-term contractor that works in another country. We often collaborated on documents or project plans using screen share. This would have been very difficult over email.
