In my experience, there are no human Zoom reps for tech or service questions
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When the pandemic closed the Chicago Loop within a couple weeks I was Zooming around the country and world.
Conferencing at its Finest
What do you like best about the product?
Quality video and audio. Good chat and share features. Screen share and other features work great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. I like all features mentioned above
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting in person with a diverse group from multiple locations. Also locally avoids Covid contact.
Amazing platform, reporting needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is incredible simple to use, and allows all the functionality of any other video conferencing software. I especially like the ease of which you can share you computer/video audio, making it easy to engage participants with music and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting! Reporting is very frustrating with Zoom. You have to export information about each meeting individually, and that can take a ton of time. If you use it for recurring webinars, it would be so much easer to see attendance reports across multiple meetings combined into one report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use zoom primarily for virtual software training, and it makes connecting and sharing very easy. I love that I can connect with clients anywhere and at anytime, and know they will be able to easily see my screen and all that we are trying to demonstrate
Zoom is great for meetings when difficult to attend in person.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing with zoom is that meetings can be held with people from multiple locations and multiple states. It is also super helpful when people are on the go and need to jump in and out of a meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes connectivity is an issue as well as not being secure enough to comply with HIPPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of not being able to have full attendance at meetings due to location issues.
Can do work meetings in your PJs
What do you like best about the product?
I joke about getting to work in PJ's, but really, Zoom makes it super easy to connect with coworkers and work simultaneously on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only being able to use one profile picture - I have multiple jobs so would prefer to choose what is shown when my camera is off

We're able to connect with a wider audience than just those who are local to us.
Reliable calls with a few quirks in the advanced features
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has been incredibly reliable for business video calls every day for the past 18 months. I teach singing over the internet, and the "original audio" feature has been perfect for the detailed sound I need to do my job well. I also appreciate the extensive integrations available that make scheduling a breeze (Calendly).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of customization for recorded calls. I use 3rd party software to record to have more options around screen composition and audio levels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business needs reliable, high-quality video and detailed audio to exist. Zoom has given me the ability to coach clients from Australia to Germany and all across the USA and Canada as though there are in the room with me.
I like Zoom because of its high reliability, even though it takes awhile to work out the kinks.
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is that I know my clients will be able to clearly see and hear me and will be able to comment on my ideas so we can have a true sharing of concepts. I also know that even if there is a storm or some other technical problem, Zoom will do its best to create a videorecording even if it takes a second or third try to get it to be saved properly for future viewing. In general everything tends to run smoothly more than 95% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that when I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11 I had to spend over an hour tweaking my Zoom settings so it would work properly. Probably the software developers should do a better job anticipating these kinds of upgrades and similar issues. Zoom can also be confusing for less-experienced users who will keep making the same mistakes over and over again because Zoom assumes too much knowledge about how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has resolved the problem about reaching about sixty people who want to hear and see me twice each week. I have been so pleased with it that instead of just two weekly business meetings for my company, I host two additional Zoom meetings for my writing group and a religious organization. This makes a total of four Zoom meetings per week where I am the organizer. I often join other meetings such as foreign-language discussion where someone else is hosting.
Solid Platform with Wide Industry Adoption
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone uses Zoom, so I don't have to worry about someone not having it downloaded or not knowing how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced lots of issues with the Zoom client not opening. Everything is downloaded appropriately and updated to the latest version, but nothing happens when I try to join a meeting. I have figured out that uninstalling and reinstalling my CAMERA DRIVER will solve this problem, but I'm not sure why that has anything to do with the Zoom client failing to open.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all the problems that every other video conferencing platform solves. It provides me a way to interact face-to-face with colleagues when we are not physically together.

Zoom is easy to use from a hosting point of view, but more importantly, is easy to use from a guest point of view!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot when I think about it - never seemed to have a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved 2 problems. I run a 'pub quiz', and when the pandemic started, and we could no longer go in pubs, I ran the quiz online for over a year. This meant we kept the quiz going, and regulars could meet each other on Zoom every week socially.
I also help run a user group. Again, during the pandemic, we hosted user group meetings on Zoom and streamed out to Twitch from Zoom. At the end of the meeting, we had a 'social' on Zoom.

Zoom is a great way to seamlessly collaborate with your clients and colleagues in todays world.

The video quality and collaboration tools are amazing.

Sometimes the audio can be unstable during calls.

Zoom is allowing us to meet virtually and not pay for a conference room or office.
