What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace for its ability to enable seamless work with international partners, significantly reducing travel costs and improving efficiency. The platform's capability to facilitate conversations with multiple people simultaneously is a feature that I particularly value. Additionally, the rooms feature in Zoom Workplace stands out as it allows for dividing large groups into smaller ones, fostering more effective work and collaboration. I also found the initial setup of Zoom Workplace to be very easy, which was an added benefit that made the transition smooth and user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the sound and video quality lacking and believe they could be significantly improved. I think system updates might help address these issues.

sometimes it can be a little glitchy, additionally if there is maitenance needed the phone feature is not always reliable
