What do you like best about the product?
The system is robust and makes it easy to connect and manage ongoing meetings. In my experience, it's one of the easiest solutions available on the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the cost is somewhat on the higher side, I believe it is definitely worth it.

It allows us to connect with a wide range of clients without any issues, and if any problems do arise, they are usually due to user errors.

I really appreciate how easy Zoom Workplace is to use. Its intuitive interface allows me to navigate efficiently, saving time and effort when starting or joining meetings. The video and audio quality are generally clear, which enhances communication significantly. I love the one-click meeting feature which makes initiating or joining calls incredibly swift. The seamless screen sharing option enables me to explain concepts and share information effortlessly. Additionally, the chat and file-sharing functionalities within Zoom Workplace help keep all my communication organized in one place. I also find breakout rooms extremely useful for small group discussions, promoting productive collaboration. The calendar integration feature is fantastic, as it simplifies scheduling and joining meetings without any hassle. Switching from Microsoft Teams to Zoom Workplace was the right decision for me because it offers a simpler, faster, and more user-friendly experience. The initial setup was a breeze, taking just a few minutes to download the app, sign in, and start utilizing all its main features, making the transition smooth and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things in Zoom Workplace could still be improved for me: * Sometimes the audio or video quality drops if the internet isn't perfect. * Notifications can feel a bit too many or distracting. * The interface has many options, so it can feel a little crowded at times. * Switching between meetings and chats could be smoother. Overall, it works well, but a bit more simplicity and stability would make it even better.

I use Zoom Workplace for seamless video meetings and screen sharing, enhancing team communication and connectivity remotely. It replaces long meetings, simplifies sharing ideas, and organizes communication, making work smoother and saving me considerable time.

Additionally, I like the raising hand feature, which allows individuals to provide feedback or intervene during a training session or meeting, thus promoting interactive and inclusive discussions. The app and web support enhances accessibility, allowing me to use the platform on various devices, which is very convenient. I particularly enjoy the option to connect with multiple team members simultaneously, a capability that many other video conferencing apps lack, making Zoom Workplace a more versatile choice for team collaboration and communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zoom Workplace could benefit from offering more advanced features. Specifically, integrating with DevOps tools would be highly beneficial for teams like mine. Additionally, while the whiteboard feature exists, it lacks the versatility and functionality of more sophisticated tools like Miro board and sticky notes. Enhanced whiteboard capabilities would greatly improve collaborative sessions during meetings.

I find Zoom Workplace allows smooth video conferencing with multiple team members. The screen sharing and raising hand features support effective interviews and engagement during meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Workspace works seamlessly across almost every platform and is extremely user-friendly. It also integrates with Google Calendar, allowing me to send meeting invitations that include the Zoom link automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, after I have shared my screen with someone, it can be difficult to figure out how to view their screen when they share it with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform makes it much easier to hold virtual meetings with remote teammates and clients, largely because it is widely adopted across the remote work industry. I also find it to be more reliable than Google Meet.

1) Its inbuilt white board which remove users reliance on external software.
2) Meet recording feature is also good for sharing high quality video of meet.
3) The calendar inside app makes it really easy to manage the sessions and plan the future tasks
4) Recent AI companinon feature is good as well it supports user to manage current session
5) Security and control over access of session is really good for large groups
6) Begineer friendly and easy to use platform

Zoom provides really less flexibility for free users like:
1) 40 minutes group meetings for free users
2) Also the zoom cloud storage is only available for paid users and platform does not has option to connect to external storage provider which makes it inconvinent to share recorded sessions

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a professional working in remote setup its tough to manage multiple schedule multiple session and keep track of them. But with zoom it becomes really easy to schedule online meets and manage them accordingly. Also the set of tools which zoom provides for meetings is good for e.g. whiteboard, AI companion, meet recording this makes experience unmatchable and you dont have rely other software for this features. Zoom is good for hosting seminar as access control features are really good

Outstanding Screensharing and Video Conferencing for Daily Use
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best screensharing and video conferencing software as a service product. used it daily for client troubleshooting calls as well as webinars. we can take control, breakout rooms are also there.

Sometime the mobile app is slow. The pricing model is easy

A robust solution was need for video conferencing for our client. They had in house software but it was slow. Zoom workspace was suggested and we are using it for last 3 years.

This is a great app for virtual meetings, and I find the recording feature particularly useful. It really stands out for making it easy to capture and review meetings.

So far, there is nothing I dislike. I am using it for online classes.
