Brings convenience where needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I do not have to travel to every meeting. I can remain connected while fitting everything into my busy schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the interruption from the various internet connections on any given call. There is always the part where people talk over each other. The format in and of itself would keep people from speaking. This is not the format that will make everyone comfortable or most productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When groups are spread out over a large distance, the zoom meeting helps us stay connected without the travel time. I like that this offers a way for groups to collaborate at a moment's notice. Within my context, the zoom format allows for Bible Study in the evenings and there is less disruption to family time.
Zoom is great for a lot of things, and good for others
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can share both screen and sound effectively (usually.) The fact that synching with Google calendars and externally is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of inconsistencies with regards to various devices- so while sound one way may work really well on one device, you likely aren't going to have much luck consistently. I don't love that some events disappear (despite ticking, "never" when it asks you when you want it to stop repeating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think at this point, now that we're past the height of the pandemic, it's better for things like long distance learning, as well as helpful for those trying to save gas money!!
My experience with ZOOM
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using zoom for its user-friendliness. The ability to chat with others and save the chat. The reactions are a nice way to connect. As well as the screen-sharing ability and pausing. I like that someone can use the app but also can call in and not download the software. It is helpful for work and for personal connections when I try to help my parents with their computer they can share their screen and I can help walk them through it what help they need on their computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the downsides are that for some occasions people have to download and create an account to use the video feature. The invite option doesn't do that well with GMAIL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting with others remotely and when we have to be distant from others helping us to complete meetings and connect when we all are not able to be in the same room .

What do you like best about the product?
i like how it is easy to copy and paste links when sending to others. i like that the app allows for fast transitions. i like being able to scheudle my appointments in advance and have them ready to send out.
What do you dislike about the product?
l dislike that it pops up from website to app and that on a hp not easy trasnitions when on the zoom. i would like it to stay login in on the app so i could use faster when getting on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the issues to connect fast have been solved i believe by using zoom and interacting with team members and potoienal clients as well. It has allowed me to scale my business
Zoom has been very helpful for arranging family meetings during covid.
What do you like best about the product?
By having my own account, I became the default organizer when others suggest we have a meeting, either family or business. That could be a double-edged sword, but ultimately I found that to be more convenient than responding to other invites.
What do you dislike about the product?
For personal contacts, sometimes people get lost in the crowd. There's lots of generalized talk and less intimate information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meetings are easier. As a doctor, I'm looking into Zoom's options that provide the security required for telemedicine.
Dependable service
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use, understand, and integrate into our business and meetings. I appreciate the many options and features zoom has available and our ability to customize it for what we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Trying to figure out how to use some of the features on Mac like recording the whole group instead of just the presenting screen. What should be an easy fix actually took awhile of searching online to figure out I needed to change a setting on zoom on my Mac versus just changing a setting in the online portal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to meet with clients in a moments notice without having to be there face to face which makes us more efficient with our time and saves us money on gas, parking, etc.
A great tool for connecting professionally and socially
What do you like best about the product?
I can connect with friends, family, coworkers, and clients easily. I can set up and schedule meetings at specific times or invite someone to my personal room for a quick last-minute drop-in. I appreciate the option to email and text link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to change the name of my personal room. It is awkward to invite someone to my "personal room" when I am hosting something professional or academic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always elect to use Zoom over the default programs used by my office because it is a higher quality tool and I have fewer technical issues compared to other tools.
Flexibility and bringing worldclass therapists into my world.
What do you like best about the product?
I find it invaluable in navigating COVID19. It has meant a far more flexible working environment for my clients and for me. Ability to now to have clients travel and still maintain contact regardless of where they are in the world. To be able to gain access to world-class training opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
My sound seems to go in and out, and I have to change speakers a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flexibility to still see clients when they cannot make it into the office due to childcare issues, weather or illness. This means that our therapy can continue unabated. It has also brought therapeutic training more available from some of the best in the world.
Solutions for the post- COVID outbreak world
What do you like best about the product?
The past 3 years have seen constant change and adaptation in the workplace. Zoom's willingness to adapt and meet business needs as needed provided solutions desperatly needed. Zoom Rooms took it one step further, making setup and collaboration for multiple staff a reality - especially when running staff briefings across multiple remote locations and head office.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Zoom room subscriptions, perhaps more bundling of products could be made available? Especially around the webinar product - having access to webinars via a Zoom Room subscription would be great. With the ever increasing product, a packaging of options would be great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many organisations, collaborating multiple sites (especially with more staff working remotely) is vital in todays workplace. Zoom bridges that void between physical locations, ensuring both communication and collaboration...but also a sense of participation and personal interaction - an important trait for mental wellbeing!
The best video call platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is by far the best video call platform out there. The highest quality video quality with the least drops. Decent integrations with calendars and third-party apps too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit over-kill sometimes but hard to fault other than that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video calling and meeting scheduling is nice and easy - no dropped calls and decent call quality.
