What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Zoom Workplace is to use, as it offers great personalization features that enhance my user experience significantly. The platform's ability to learn and bring up the apps, documents, and items I use regularly during meetings really stands out, saving me time from having to search for them continuously. The user-friendly interface simplifies my workflow, making communication and meetings seamless across the team. I appreciate how effortlessly it bridges the physical gap between team members and stakeholders, especially since our team has expanded to other regions. The initial setup was very straightforward, and the overall ease of use and thoughtful design make me highly likely to recommend Zoom Workplace to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find switching between tools to be sometimes scattered, which disrupts the smoothness of using Zoom Workplace. Notifications tend to get excessively noisy, which can be distracting and hinder my productivity. It would be beneficial if the notification settings were more easily accessible and if there was a more seamless workflow process implemented.

I use Zoom Workplace to bridge the physical gap between team members and stakeholders, enhancing communication and collaboration. Its easy-to-use personalization features streamline meetings by providing quick access to frequently used apps and documents.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to setup. Great video and audio quality. Love the features like recording calls on the cloud for future reference.

The games and activites sometimes lag and could be better.

With Zoom workplace, your Seemless meetings and Teamwork would be much easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's video call quality and now it's integration with MS outlook and other tools is getting better day by day. Previously it's integration with Microsoft outlook / Teams Calender was not seamless, but now works fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big con, but it uses resources more than expectation. So sometimes it effects the performance of low spec systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simplifying the way to connect with teamwork and so much reliable that you can blindly trust on. It's Video quality is much better that MS Teams what I feel. And Auto AI note summarization is like cherry on the cake.

I like the reactions panel. The fact I can mute and hide my camera.

I don't really dislike anything about zoom workplace. The only issue that I found that was that my zoom on my mobile phone I had a hard time finding the raised hand button but when I found it it was fine.

I usually log on to zoom workplace for my meetings.

Zoom Workplace has solved the problem of lengthy back-and-forth communications by enabling quick communication with my team. The initial setup was incredibly straightforward—just install, sign in, and it's ready to use. I've found it to be a better alternative in terms of stability and features compared to the previous tool we used, Google Meet. Additionally, its compatibility with Google Calendar and Gmail for scheduling and communication integrates well into my workflow.

Sometimes the video quality drops during calls, and I feel the app could be a bit lighter and faster.

The meeting quality is consistently excellent, even with low bandwidth, and features like smart summaries, noise cancellation, and breakout rooms significantly improve productivity. The UI is clean, intuitive, and easy for both technical and non-technical users.

Occasionally, the chat and workspace features feel less integrated compared to the core meeting experience. The file-sharing capabilities could be more robust, and switching between chats and meetings can sometimes feel a bit clunky. However, these are minor compared to the overall reliability.

Zoom Workplace has streamlined how our teams collaborate whether working remotely, hybrid, or onsite. It’s reduced meeting friction, improved async communication with smart recaps, and made onboarding smoother for new employees. Cross-functional collaboration is much faster now, and customer calls run with zero hassle.
