Zoom has had the features I need, and has been adding new features regularly.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom just works - when I need to set up a meeting for myself or someone else, when I need security and ease of access, when I need to connect it with other hardware or software, or when I need to engage or entertain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their exclusive features (that I pay for) are hard to utilize when I am not the one in control of the meeting. It would be nice if I could add value to conferences I am in but did not host. For example, it would be nice if I could add breakout rooms to meetings I am in because I have access to those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During the last three years, the need for meetings has only increased. Discussions that would happen in a few spare moments would often require phone calls (which no one likes) or emails (that are not read). While a zoom call is not the best method, it is better. It has also added significant value to online/virtual school.
Zoom for Business
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very helpful in scheduling meetings. You do not need a paid license to use Zoom effectively, either. Zoom is incredibly easy to learn how to use with almost zero learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alternatives to Zoom that are also free. For businesses utilizing Active Directory and Microsoft 365, Teams is 100% free with no additional paid features at all. This can be a better alternative to Zoom for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps users in our company collaborate and meet seamlessly and effortlessly. Users are more productive, and meetings can created whenever needed for anybody in the company to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the best platform for conducting meetings online. It's cheaper and easy to use with many options like whom to allow commenting . Compare to competitors like team viewer Google meet etc it's more dependable
What do you dislike about the product?
Security of content during a meet and some compromised features. Many regretting till today for compromised features and zoom should declare it's policies on security

My business meets sometimes gets good response and we sometimes use zoom for family get-together around the globe. It's adorable and improves my business with regular meets with client's
Great for creators and admins
What do you like best about the product?
The features and connectivity. It allows me to do and create for all of the platforms that I am on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow Me to stay connected with my team for everything. Allows not many integrations for creative things like Canva.

Meeting with my time it also allows me to record the conversation and keep records
The most reliable option for video conferencing and webinars
What do you like best about the product?
It usually works. Almost everyone knows how to use it. It has the most useful features generally, and it's by far the easiest for recording sessions to the cloud or to the local computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's still a clunky piece of software that feels dated and could be way more intuitive. While it's good that it's more of a platform now, it would be even more helpful if many third-party features were built into the core offering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has the path of least resistance for video conferencing and webinars, and it is especially useful when I'm looking to record sessions. Breakout rooms are a nice bonus too.
Very helpful communication has been evident.
What do you like best about the product?
Links to people at great distances and in other countries have been of great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
The greatest problem is two people speaking simultaneously, effectively blocking each other, but it teaches patience!

Communication with people in other locations and countries allows business contact not possible otherwise.
Zoom - what more is there to say.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom by far has some of the best video and audio quality. They have tremendous recording capabilities, and with the new app connector are a great business tool. Im surprised I am even writing a review for Zoom, because you can test an account for free with them - so go do it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The things i like least about Zoom, is that certain items, like invites in application and mobile feel a little dated. Looking forward to a UX overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom just makes it simple and lightweight to host online meetings and webinars - period. Zoom makes it super easy to have initial discovery meetings, and are great for software reviews through screen share.
Increasingly intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has kept abreast of needed changes over the past few years. They have great audio and video connection most of the time, almost always better compared to other video call options.
What do you dislike about the product?
iPad format is still lacking, especially in terms of having the same options available as on a desktop, especially for controlling/hosting a video call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is providing professionally formatted and quality video calls

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use with the program. It is easy to screen share, comment, and share meetings is easy as well. Accessing a meeting and the fact I can join with my phone is also nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how creating a meeting is a bit cumbersome and clunky. It could be worse, but I think there should be a faster way to create meetings and share. Adding to your calendar is easy, but should be more integration automated with calendars than it already does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with virtual meetings as well as screen sharing with other teams to better understand issues that we are experiencing. Zoom also helps with smaller meetings for our team as well as larger sized meetings.
Very easy to use and to customize
What do you like best about the product?
That I am able to do remote control of various systems and, while it took some reading into the matter, now my family and friends love the fact that I can work from my place of residence and work on their systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do dislike is sometimes the options tab to request remote control does not appear sometimes after doing an update. I am okay with that because it's software and there will always be room for improvements and fixing errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because I can now do remote control of systems, I can help more family and friends. Being pretty busy, it's hard to make it to the place that I have to do support.
