One of the best applications for video conferencing!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is highly user-friendly and easy to access through laptop and phone. The best feature is when it automatically re-enters the meeting after being exited - primarily due to internet connection issues - without making the user enter the meeting details again!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the software. 1. Sometimes, the app glitches while sharing the screen. 2. The upper tab becomes a nuisance while sharing the screen. 3. It automatically goes into fullscreen mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is the best platform for virtual meets. Especially when it records, the recordings are high quality and take up lower space, thus allowing us to use it more frequently. We conduct many webinars throughout the year, and zoom has been our best friend!

The integration with Outlook and the recording features are the highlights for me.

I would like more flexibility on the layout of the cameras for each individual.
It can become cluttered when there are a lot of people and someone is sharing a screen, being able to resize the elements individually would be great.

We use it every day for meetings both internally with the team and with clients and providers.

Zoom is a great platform for schools and workplaces
What do you like best about the product?
Particularly during the Covid epidemic, Zoom has become the platform that has transformed commercial and individual interactions.
I've been able to cut costs in many different ways and reach certain agreements that I otherwise would not have been able to do by using Zoom as a host or guest.
Zoom has no boundaries, so you can get here or be there without having to physically relocate, which is what I like about it the most.

What do you dislike about the product?
I recognise that businesses and individuals frequently want to safeguard the information in their meetings and courses, but what I find objectionable is that occasionally, if you are a participant, you cannot download or preserve that information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to interact with clients who were outside of my local area through Zoom and come to agreements that I would not have been able to at a different time.
Additionally, I've had the chance to network with business people from different places and forge partnerships that are mutually advantageous.

What do you dislike about the product?
For free users, it has a time limit to how long you're allowed to do the meeting. I think they can address it by either giving an option for users to "extend" a certain amount of time or to let users have a choice to jump into another meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me have a convenient meeting tool, especially as a virtual assistant. Plus, I like the part that I need not be situated in an area with a plain background because I can just use a virtual background or just blur it.
Great and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
We use this every morning to do our team brief where we have to go through a stats and information about how the day is gonna start and what we need to do and we never have a delay or any issues that were using this app
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I do find it sometimes there's a bit of an issue with sound so sometimes the sound doesn't work for everybody so I can be a bit distracting and had to continue with a call

Lately though we haven't received any problems using zoom it is being so much better and we use it quite a lot especially in Covid is the best thing that we could use in that time

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. I appreciate how zoom responded to all of the changing dynamics during the pandemic.

I honestly cannot think of anything right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our church still has people that are not comfortable with in-person gatherings. So our Bible study is still on zoom. Not only does this allow us to "gather" safely, but we do not use up our gas driving to church. We have also recently made the decision to try to start a youth Bible Study, and we will do that on zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and it has tools that make our meetings very easy. I like that you can have remote control and share only your computer audio. It also requires low ram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that on some computers. I can't use a virtual background without a green screen; when you try to use it, the background is all over your face. Also sometimes I can't minimize de window while recording

It gives us a very useful tool to have meetings with the team and with clients. It is easy to use and the quality of the image is very nice, compared with other services.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's ubiquitousness over the pandemic has made it easy to onboard any new user internally or externally. There are many features and options to customize the experience based on business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We desperately need a feature where a single global speaker can broadcast to multiple breakout rooms. Currently, a global speaker can share (without audio for some reason) video to break out rooms. We need the ability for a small group to interact with each other with video/audio as well as text chat while a global speaker talks, gives instructions, and offers questions for each group to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is fully remote with no central office. Zoom allows a more stable virtual meeting environment than similar products. Additionally, the annotate feature when screen sharing allows for crystal-clear communications, drawing attention to specific things, etc.

The best thing I like is that zoom is the best and easiest platform for internet-based video conferencing or meetings. It has various controls for admin. In comparison to others, it has the greatest video quality. It has multiple features like screen sharing, chatting and host controls which makes it best from others.

Points are:
1. There are two many subscriptions and add-ons.
2. It has a lack of comment Control.
3. One has to download the app to use this.

Once there was no meeting platform for video conferencing for group video calls for meetings and other features like screen recording. But now zoom have excellent facilities.

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best platform which connects us with many people professionally as well as personally very well. At a very far distance, we can still communicate amazingly and it feels like the person is with us only!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got hang and we can not turn off Ads and Zoom started charging for meetings over 40 minutes but overall the best platform👍💯
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In Lockdown, when I was doing WFH the Zoom is the only fair tool which helped me in alot of secure bussiness meetings by providing best audio, video and screen sharing services! I connected with my loved ones also only through Zoom.
