Reliable universally used meeting software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy to use interface and it's a good user experience. Other people on my meetings already know how to use it which makes things easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has quite limited functionality compared to some of the new or software's around and I wish there were more options for controlling the chat function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy meetings. Other people likely to be on my meetings already know how to use it which makes things easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best video conferencing tool in market and popular for video conferencing , chat , group calls . Zoom can be used in mobile device , mac , windows system which is more convineant to host meeting . Zoom provides HD audio and video meeting , Built in collaborations tools . Zoom made for connecting , it can also helps meeting recording and alla provide transcripts . It also helps in streamlined calendering and team chats

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and quick to join meetings from any platform whether it be browser, desktop application or mobile app. Very convenient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not recognize the connected microphone or audio devices. Have to manually select the audio device to take meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Biggest challenge in Work from Home setting is connectivity with other remote members. Zoom is the perfect solution to remote work.

Zoom can be glitchy at times, and the password feature doesn't always work well.

It allows us to have all employees involved even when they are unable to be in office or work remote.
Excellent collaboration software and VoIP service
What do you like best about the product?
The newly implemented collaboration features rival competing products from Slack and Microsoft. We actually switched from Slack to Zoom because most of the same features were included in Zoom Workplace. Since our people were already used to Zoom Phone, adoption of Zoom Workplace has been significantly better than it was when we rolled out Slack. The actual implementation of Workplace was effortless on our part since we were an existing Zoom Phone customer. The Workplace features were simply rolled into an updated version of the Phone client and just started working for our people after the upgrade.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It does what we need and then some with very little fuss or attention from IT required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems it has solved for us revolve around meetings. The AI meeting assistants make followups and note-taking so incredibly easy, ensuring that nothing gets lost in the shuffle. We use the UCaaS features as our main phone system and that has allowed us to completely abandon the local telco and the problems they created. Maintaining phones, lines, and accounts is super easy. The screen sharing and screen capture have made remote IT support more possible for our IT department.

Zoom has the largest number of features and the capacity to have many rooms in a call. This makes its frequency of use very high, and it is easy to use and integrate into workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to implement; there are a lot of features, but they seem clunky or hard to use. It gets slow when turning the camera with video effects, and the transcription is not accurate. Customer Support is regular not great

The main complaint about the application is that its features are mostly limited to premium users, and customer usability is not enhanced with more features.

The main issue was the communication with clients from distant regions, so people usually used instant emails and messaging, which were not able to solve immediate problems. Now, it is solving different problems in a small amount of time.
