Zoom is easy to navigate and is a reliable website for online classes and meetings.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a website that is easy to navigate and accessible to students and businesses. It is available to use anywhere via any device. Zoom has allowed people to communicate digitally and helped many students during the COVID-19 lockdown to continue recieving vital education through online learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although zoom is very easy to use, however, it can sometimes have some issues. Zoom can be glitchy, can have issues with audio and sometimes kicks people from meetings which makes it difficult for people to use and rely on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom supports companies, schools, etc., by providing an app that can be easily navigated by anyone. Zoom helped many other students and me during the COVID-19 lockdown. Zoom allowed students and teachers to continue learning and communicating online.
Zoom is great for user accessibility and engagement
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features of Zoom are the interactivity of the features between attendees and presenters. Being able to easily chat with other attendees as well as the presenters is great. It's also helpful to put up reactions and hand raising. I also appreciate the webinar setup process and being able to do practice sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't schedule multiple events at once without racking up the price. There's also no convenient way to send someone their link - they have to dig it up from their email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for basic webinars and it works great. It's straightforward and can do everything we need it to. It's great for getting our members together and providing presentations. It provided an excellent resource for reaching our members during the pandemic.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom connects me to my coworkers on a daily basis. Wouldn't be able to do my job without. I use zoom for both internal and external meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the design is a little "old school", nothing super fancy, which is also fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to meet with coworkers and clients while working from home. Even when I go into the office, we still use zoom to connect with the rest of the company. It's quick and efficient to get work done vs. emailing or chatting through Slack.

What do you like best about the product?
When I am stuck in covid period it most defficult time to attend the college but thankyou so much zoom for being with me for my virtual class room provider without zoom it is not possible to attend the class online thanks zoom team 👍 for providing such a good platform...:)
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one dislike is zoom have to provide the screen sharing options because it is very difficult to share the screen at the time of presentation class only host is able to share the screen and and host have the power to provide the permission...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual class room provider at the time of covid is the most important and helpful decision for providing us the platform to meet virtually sharing our thoughts remotely...

Zoom is best for their high level privacy security service in which zoom provide us private room and chats feature which make him more trustful. His security service make him much better than his competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while recording a webinar his video start buffering and video quality goes down which makes me disappointed. They need to fix this issue too serve better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.

Zoom helps me by providing high privacy security service and his eco friendly interface make him the best. Yes it makes me too productive. Yes it also increased my business performance.
Good platform for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
We can create a room in zoom that feature is very good. Anyone can do screen share, video and audio calls. Also users can do chat with anyone. And user can also join the zoom meeting with browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
In zoom meeting room user can only create room with only 50 user, they need to maximize the user about 100.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can do virtual meeting in zoom. In COVID time this is very useful for everyone. We can communicate with our team members and also discuss the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a friendly tool that allows you to do meetings and video-calls. It let's you present your screen which is helpful in case you need to show something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes or it's hard to access with the codes given.

They are working on improving the site to have less bugging and freezing and to get a better quality of the video.

Zoom is best for their user friendly interface and without creating I'd you can access the meeting threw joining link which was the best. His user friendly interface make him much better than his competitors.

Sometimes while performing a screen sharing and recording they will start buffering which make me disappointed. I faced this issue 5-7 times. They need to fix this issue to serve better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.

Zoom is best for their high participants capacity in meeting and webinars . They provide us free plan in which 100 attendees will attend meetings in high quality for free. His high participants capacity make him much better than his competitors.

Sometimes in meeting his video start buffering and sometimes it also getting disconnected without any warning. I faced this problem many times. They need to fix this issue to serve better experience. Yes I would like to see improvements.
