Open access from anywhere and ease of use. Zoom has been a lifesaver for users not on MS teams and has been everywhere allowing people to connect from around the world

Sometimes the performance of zoom for all parties is not constituent with people dropping off, audio issues, and features not working throughout the call

Zoom made some changes to improve connection issues during heavy use early in the Covid 19 pandemic period, but they need to keep that up as it is the strongest feature when it works

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps us connect with our team, which is located in different regions. The feature-rich interface of Zoom makes communicating our ideas and product roadmaps easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom premium plan is a bit expensive compared to its competitors, and Zoom's feature UI seems overwhelming at first, so it will take some days to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoom for all our daily team meetings to align our tasks and the product roadmaps and vision clearly to everyone. The ability to share messages along with video conferencing helps us save a lot of time
Best runner on low network
What do you like best about the product?
Easy calling facility. Even if i am on worst network, it runs perfectly fine with excellent sound quality and content sharing. Consume less data and System memory.

Have limited facility to schedule call. Do not synchronised with outlook calender. No much recording facility.tough to share the recordings with members who joined the call.

Best video calling and meeting application
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers variety of features like, Screen Sharing, Remote desktop, Higher limit to number of user who can join a call. Focus mode to the speaker and noise cancellation as well.
I personally like the screen sharing the white board option.

What do you dislike about the product?
Screen Recording Saving time is too much, Also if there is already one recording being saved you cannot save and record another recording. The virtual backgrounds it offers is actually not too professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During covid when every thing went remote the only option was video conferencing. Zoom was able to give us a really good solution to connect to teams across the globe and also its free meeting service is quite enough to have small meetings.
The perfect software for one-to-one online
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other free software like Microsoft Teams, Zoom has better screen sharing and excellent integration with third-party services. Just to give an example, I use the presentations I create on Prezi.com excellently. Really great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any particular disadvantage. The app is constantly updated, stable, and with ever-improving features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work a lot both one-on-one and with online groups. Zoom is perfect for this function. I purchased the subscription because I now use it every week. Additionally, it allows me to record everything with a single click, a very useful feature for saving content to publish and share later.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom had come into play during the pandemic when everybody was stuck at home and unable to work or go to school. So Zoom has provided this facility of video conferencing and screen sharing with the help of which professionals and students continued their work even in the pandemic situation. It has all the latest required features like instant messaging, hosting meetings or webinars, sharing docs etc. It also comes with free as well as paid plans.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major dislike about Zoom is that it allows hosting a free meeting only for 40 mins, and after that, it disconnects automatically and then you have to host a new meeting again. On top of that, most of the features would lie under paid subscription plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped people to work and study by making them interact online and solved the problem of going to meet people in-person during the pandemic situation, either for work or school. It is benefitting me as I have been working from home for last more than 1.5 years and still interacting and collaborating with my teammates through Zoom.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom application is very useful for communication. You can connect virtually with people. You get to chat, voice and Video calling features. It is good for Business meetings, Casual meetings and communication. The application is very easy to use and access. You can log in through your email or mobile number. You can connect with more than 100+ in the meeting at the same time. Send invites to people through the email address or mobile number. You get great features like Screen sharing, background blur, chat while you meet, etc. You can present your project, presentation with the use of the Screen sharing feature. Even people who don't and this application can connect through their zoom website; no need to install the application. Simply log in through your email or mobile number. I use the Zoom application daily. It makes me connect to people more easy and sufficient enough. I would recommend this application to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires strong wifi and internet connectivity. If your internet speed goes down, video and sound quality go down, and video freezes sometimes. It is a little disappointing while you are in the middle of presenting or meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They add a chat feature which is very useful if you want to say something. They have added a reaction option, which is useful. Background blur, one-click mute, and video options are very convenient.
A helpful integration
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes it easy to share your screen, but it makes everything even easier by showing you the Miro board and letting people collaborate meanwhile. It is incredibly useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times your meeting can get really laggy if you don't have a medium-end PC. It is not that bad, but it must be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having meetings at any time we want and anywhere. Zoom saves us a lot of time when the meeting does not necessarily have to be in person. Most of the time, we enjoy many of the various functionalities zoom offers.
