What do you like best about the product?
Zoom one of the great platform for video conferencing and online meeting platform, we can participate in the meeting it is not mandatory to install any software infact we can join the meetings from the browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is more stable than other software but admin controls are limited unlike other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has many plug-ins which helps to integrate with other products such as outlook and Skype business.Single sign on option makes it secure for enterprise and makes sure that only authorized people can use it.

What do you like best about the product?
How simple it is to have it running and functioning. No complex setup or tutorial is needed, it just works out of the box, so to speak. I love software that just works primarily when it's intended for big audiences and from all sectors. I love Zoom for multiple reasons and use case scenarios. I used it a large number of times when I was studying for my bachelor's degree in computer science. I had a very busy schedule since I was working and competing and managing other projects on the side. Zoom was a very helpful tool for my academic and professional progress as I could set up meetings with classmates, colleagues, and even some professors whenever I needed to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
the downside of zoom I would say is that there are a lot of competitors out there. Some competitors are not even working to be the next Zoom, they just have the same capabilities as Zoom but offer a lot of other things (ex. Discord , Teams , Slack). I feel like Zoom is still Zoom because for starters, they were one of the pioneers in the space, next to Skype. That is what keeps a lot of their user base. However, it's only a matter of time before the other platforms ( like the ones I mentioned) grab a majority of Zoom's users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving meetings with teams all across the world. I work in a very demanding sector with clients that have teams scattered and we need to meet with them very frequently and easily. Zoom is helping us out very very well there.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is best option for communication in office when you are working remotely.it helps to share tour screen and you can easily present what you want. Zoom call n meetings are very easy to access. Also zoom has recording feature. So that you can record the meeting and use it for future.

Its not dislike but for few feature you need zoom pro account and that is paid subscription.

Zoom is helping to connect with different people sitting anywhere in the world. You van use zoom for work, study, virtual gettogether and fun. You can host zoom meetings and create live environment for your guests.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and understand. This does not pose any difficulty for a new learner.

What I dislike most about zoom as a Nigerian, is that it consumes too much internet data MB [ megabyte] to use it.
Nigeria being a poor nation, has very few people that can afford the amount spent on the data plan needed to utilize Zoom. Hence, access to the training platform using zoom may be limited.

As a customer care representative, we utilize zoom in my organization for meeting purposes, training purposes, and even team bonding, and liaison.
Easy Video Conferencing
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides an easy-to-use platform for any user, whether new to the forum or using it daily. The features Zoom offers give our teams more effective presentation methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sharing is a bit more nuanced than other platforms. Collaboration features could be improved upon as well. A more refined/organized layout could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues are quickly solved over brief Zoom meetings. They also have been helpful for our large webcasts where most of our organization attends the meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Zoom is that it helps in sharing the screen. Also, one can share the video while screen sharing along with the audio. The UI is straightforward to handle.

Many times while sharing the video, the audio lags, giving a wrong impression to the clients.

Zoom solves the problem of conducting meetings and webinars at any time of the day from anywhere. Also, the feature of chatting has helped during sessions to communicate with colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature of the application is that each participant can easily join from their phone or computer. I can also explain a process on the whiteboard or take a sound recording easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
For free uses, 40 minutes can be quite frustrating in long meetings. I don't remember this happening before. When I used it by paying a fee, it turned into an expensive application for me as the exchange rate increased too much in my country.

Zoom allows users to join even if they have different email extensions. For this reason, it provides very easy participation via a link. This is an advantage especially for those working in different institutions.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I liked about zoom is that we can connect from different corners of the world by zoom. Also, it is available for all the devices like Android, IOS, Windows, Linux, and macOS. Zoom provides us with different sharing options you can share the whole screen or you can share just one tab or share only one window etc. Also, zoom is very reliable and it has good-quality audio and video conferencing. Zoom has a very user-friendly UI so that all can access the zoom, create meeting and access the meeting easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Normally it's working perfectly but sometimes I faced the issue of lagging also it is asking for selecting audio output every time I join the zoom meeting and it is a bit disappointing. Also, I don't like that zoom has limitations on participants of free users. Audio quality is so poor when someone joins the meeting without headphones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our organization, we have webinars and we have daily update calls with clients for all we are using zoom meetings to connect with other teammates and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the best that it is easily accessible from both a desktop app and a web browser app. Moreover, the tools provided by Zoom are quite helpful, for example: quickly changing backgrounds, improving video quality as per the internet's speed, recording sessions, and managing audio quality. These all features are a complete package for frequent video conferencing calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the network is unstable, and sometimes the speed slows down for 1-2 minutes between calls, it takes a lot of time to switch back from bad quality to video to good one. Moreover, presentations become blurry in unstable networks.

Zoom has helped me conduct meetings and invite people who are not part of my organization. It helps me manage all my events and meetings from one place. Moreover, its features like creating private spaces for daily work calls are excellent.
