Easiest & best tool for virtual meetings

What do you like best about the product?
Secure & Easy platform for virtual meetings and powerful chat tool for internal communication. Can easily add contacts to calls. The chat feature & capabilities are underrated for communication among teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need multiple licenses for different use cases, that is a bit tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped solve the problem of having the need of direct in-person meetings. It provides a direct communication channel through which we can connect to other at anytime from anywhere at no compromise in quality of audio & video.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, 100 people allowed in video conferencing, efficient and responsive support. Webinars are accepted. The Free option is interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The discomfort caused by the complete lack of encryption for users. You risk being discovered by spyware or hackers... Be careful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the possibility of organizing successful video conferences (few bugs) in real time. Decisions are made together without travel and meal expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The most favorite feature of Zoom is the passcode authentication to join the meeting.

2. Auto mute feature to mute all others by the host of the meeting.

3. Virtual background to avoid disruption from the background of the call.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The video show/off feature lag often time.

2. The guests of the meeting cannot unmute themselves once put to mute by the host.

3. Multiple grid view's often creates confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. It allows you to connect the entire workplace at once.

2. It enables quick meetings to save time in traveling.

3. For big organizational meetings, zoom is handy for having multiple experts and trainees interact at the same place in the comfort of their spaces.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Zoom for company/client meetings, and I like the interface it's quite simple and easy to understand. It has really many options as mute audio/video and screen sharing which helps the meeting to be successful, but I like that Zoom provides clear sound and pictures as well as chat and background filters. It is very easy to implement and integrate. And I have good experience with contact support.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can have more background filter options.

What do you like best about the product?
We can connect multiple devices on mobility is top-notch. It has good video conferencing quality and HD videos even on low internet connectivity or poor signal strength. We can share our screens easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be affected by the line and disrupted or interrupted in some cases. The setting menu as a administrator gives some trouble. Sometimes voice email queries are annoying.It has a limited time permission to conduct a single meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is very much helpful to do coordinating internal meetings. Cost saving as need to travel other offices for meetings. Appointments can be scheduled quickly, and it increases the organization's productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and conduct business with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. It would be nice to see more attendees on screen at the same time instead of having to arrow across to see more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to have meetings in a hybrid environment, where some are in the office, and others are working from home.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Zoom is its ability to connect people remotely and facilitate communication and collaboration. It offers a variety of features that make it easy to use and highly effective for various purposes, including meetings, webinars, and online education. Additionally, Zoom is user-friendly and accessible on a variety of devices, making it my number one convenient choice.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an employee who uses Zoom on a regular basis, I have found that one potential drawback is that it can sometimes be prone to technical issues, such as audio and video disruptions. This can be frustrating and can interrupt the flow of meetings and other communication. Additionally, I have heard about security concerns with Zoom in the past, which is definitely something to keep in mind. Finally, I have found that the free version of Zoom has relatively limited functionality, so if you want access to all of the platform's features, you may need to pay for a subscription. Overall, while Zoom has its drawbacks, I do find it to be a useful tool for remote communication.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone is able to us Zoom efficiently and effectively. The quality of meetings held via Zoom are amazing, and sending out invites is a breeze. Functionality wise it does everything I need it to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Zoom is the limited viewing options. I would like to be able to customize where the picture of the speaker goes more easily. Other than that it's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to almost entirely eliminate the need for phone calls. I am one of those "better in person" sellers, so being able to read the faces of my clients is huge for me.
