Good Software Video Conference at a cost!
What do you like best about the product?
We can record the video and share with other, as and when required. Also, it has provision to chenge the background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can be improved and in-build Ai Note taker application can be embedded to write Minutes of Meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent Video Conferencing solution that saves a lot of time, energy & cost compared to physical meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom is user-friendly and has a variety of features that make virtual communication and collaboration seamless. What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Zoom is that it can be prone to technical issues such as poor audio or video quality, connection problems or freezing. Another thing that I dislike is that Zoom's free version has a time limit on meetings, and if you need to have longer meetings you have to upgrade. Additionally, there have been concerns about the security of Zoom's platform, specifically the "Zoom Bombing" where uninvited participants enter into a call. It is important for users to be aware of the security features and settings in Zoom and use them to protect their meetings. Also, the background noise can be distracting during some meetings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is solving the issue of virtual communication and collaboration by providing a platform that allows for easy scheduling, hosting, and joining of meetings and webinars. It is benefitting me by enabling me to have virtual meetings with people from all over the world, regardless of location. With its user-friendly interface, I can easily schedule and join meetings, share my screen and collaborate with my team. The platform's features such as breakout rooms, polls, and recording capabilities make it useful for both personal and professional use. Additionally, the platform allows me to have meetings with my team, clients, and partners without any geographical barriers. Zoom also helps to save time, money and resources by eliminating the need for in-person meetings.

Zoom is user friendly and allows various set-ups for ways to use it. You can use it to have a meeting, share your screen, or you can have a conference with limited usage for some.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative has been having to switch 'owners' of the meeting in order to allow someone else to begin a meeting. If the creator of the meeting isn't part of the meeting it can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing virtual meetings when in person isn't necessary. It is easier to use and more wide-spread than Google Meet. Some employers don't allow Google Meet, so Zoom is a great platform that all people can use.

Sometime it takes time to get entered the participant by using password. Might be a net issue.

Zoom application comes for vareity of platforms like Windows, Android, ios. It's easy to install and configure on system. The UI is user friendly and easy to use. It works like a charm.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not ibmuat talk about dislikes. But I would like to mention that reduction in subscription and addon should be done. There is lack of comment control that need to be worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I started using zoom when lockdown came and stayed for two years. So need of the hour was to work from home and use application for video conferencing with colleagues and share codes with discussion on it. Zoom was the best alternative for this.

Zoom is the most extreme application utilized by the vast majority of individuals for video conferencing and screen sharing.I like this application as it is exceptionally simple to utilize and the UI is very good.This application gives extraordinary nature of video and supports as many as individuals to participate in a conference. This application gives great help and help. It furnishes a choice to talk with individuals who are in conference. File sharing is generally excellent in this application. Zoom Rooms item is perfect for office spaces. The cloud recording capability for gatherings is all around great as well

Frankly, I don't have a lot to grumble about. I realize certain individuals struggle since they just utilize the free variant and their time limit is 40 minutes however I feel that is a liberal measure of time for something you're not paying for.

1) Holding meetings online on a PC, tablet, or cell phone without installing the software.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a user-friendly tool that everyone can access easily to create and access meetings. The best I like about zoom is that we can connect from different corners of the world easily. Zoom is available in different versions of Android and ios. I used it a lot while attending my tutorials and some online classes. We have a screen-sharing option; a single window or the whole screen can be shared. It is helpful either for work or personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The I dislike most about zoom is the limit of 40 minutes of meeting time if the user is using the basic version. We need to disconnect the session, and we have to connect back again. Zoom has limitations on participants for the free version. Sometimes I find the links tricky, and also strong internet connection is needed for a better meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has helped me while attending online classes. I frequently learn something new, and most of them opt for zoom. Zoom has always served me as a tool used for webinars. The screen sharing option is the best option widely used. We can also share files and record the meeting or webinars for future use. I always felt great while attending online webinars and could see the tutor face-to-face.

Zoom comes with limited features of interaction. It must increase its number of features so that more work can be done using this platform and people don't have to switch into other ones.

It has disrupted the corporate industry since the pandemic. Most of the work from home companies are working on zoom to connect their employees and interacting with them.
