What do you like best about the product?
I like the annotate feature in zoom which is very unique in video conferencing apps. It helps me to explain concepts or topics to the team effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes due to low bandwidth zoom disconnects and throws you out of the meetings. instead, zoom could auto shutdown the video streaming while on call and switch to audio-only to work on low bandwidth connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps cross geo teams collaborate over video conferencing and communicate effectively.

The recording is only available for three months after it the automatically removed from zoom cloud.

Zoom is a user-friendly platform with a simple interface that makes it easy for anyone to start or join a meeting. The best part of zoom is the high-quality video conferencing and hd audio even in low-bandwidth environments.

Everything is going fine but zoom has needed to upgrade at some points, just like I am facing difficulty in switching to landscape mode from mobile. The full-screen mode is not applied properly.

It often lags sometimes when the traffic is high on calls.

It is free for download and has a wealth of additional features. I think paid plans are also competitively priced.

Since the pandemic and many people started working remotely, I've experienced connection interruptions and lag issues. I would like to see features updates so this can be rectified

The audio and video quality is excellent, even if the attendee has a poor internet connection. It helps me to connect with my teammates without the worry of being disconnected or interrupted because of connection issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is very reliable. Unlike other platforms, I never have any issues with dialing in or connectivity. I know that when I provide a link, as long as its current, it will be succesfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I feel needs to be improved is the meeting edits. When you have to reschedule a meeting, if you dont go into ZOOM directly, and simply move your meeting time, there are occassions when the link simply does not work. I have forgotten before and had a whole group of people with nowhere to meet.

Zoom makes it possible to have more connected meetings with screen sharing capabilities. We work with a lot of people whom are not located in our geographical region and Zoom allows us the opportunity to connect and solve work related issues. My children also use Zoom for school on occasion.

What sets Zoom apart from the competition for online meetings is its ease of use and range of features. It's incredibly easy to set up a meeting, as all you need to do is send an invitation or link that can be accessed from any device's browser, with no downloads required. The quality of Zoom audio/video calls is top-notch thanks to its advanced encoders, making it perfect for both personal communication and professional business needs. In addition, the provision of APIs that automate workflows across teams, coupled with powerful encryption options, gives users peace of mind when using the software - knowing that their data is secure at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a couple of issues with Zoom, namely that the connection can be easily dropped due to poor calibration or lack of internet speed. Also, for people who are new to using the technology on a regular basis, it can take longer than expected to get used to the platform itself and its various features. Finally, while videoconferencing can be helpful in some situations, it also tends to tire people out quickly, as there is little opportunity for social interaction outside of sitting in front of a device all day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to worry about the limitations of communicating with people who live far away. With Zoom, I can feel like I'm in a face-to-face meeting even when my colleagues and clients are miles away, so it's much easier for all of us to stay connected in a meaningful way.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps us by providing free of cost webinar streaming services. It also provide a smooth interface with looks too beautiful. And it's video quality is fabulous.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes while conducting a big webinar , unable to add more than 50 attendees it ask for premium purchase. They need to provide 100 maximum free limit to conduct webinar. Otherways, their is nothing to dislike.

It helps us by providing free of cost services. It helps us in streaming webinar and also help us in training the attendees online . It helps me in boosting my business performance.
