What do you like best about the product?
As the owner of a small company with a fully remote team of four, I rely on Zoom Workplace as the foundation for our communications. The platform is seamless, efficient, reliable, and straightforward to learn and use. It serves not only as our virtual meeting space but also as our phone system and internal instant messaging tool, along with offering a range of other features that function effectively for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Zoom Workplace not only meets our needs but often exceeds them. It has become our primary platform for communication and fits seamlessly into our existing workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform brings together features that once required several different apps and technologies, making everything accessible in one place.

A little laggy sometimes and I do find that I like Google Video more

Zoom is solving the problrm of connecting with my peers and clients for a face to face connection. It is better so we can connect with the client more.

It’s nothing major, but simplifying the interface and making certain features easier to access would improve the experience.

zoom workplace is incredibly helpful because it allow seamless communicationn and collaboration, wether team members work remotley or in office or in school it helps because it makes the work move alot faster and intelligent.

i dont really have much to dislike other than when the wifi reception is low it tends to cause glitches and issues when working. i really think zoom can find a way to make it more efficient for all customers

buy providing advanced ai technology to make the website more efficeint for me to use this includes better security better qauallty and more control over the meeting or bussines that i am doing
