What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoom Workplace for virtual meetings, collaboration, and online training. I like Zoom for its ease of use and reliable remote communication. I also appreciate its screen sharing and breakout room features for easy collaboration. The initial setup was very easy.

Sometimes connectivity issues occur, and managing large meetings or recordings could be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zoom Workplace is very easy to use and compatible with most people's PCs and laptops. The chat function is helpful because it allows you to jot down questions without interrupting the speaker. It's also very easy to set up, with the link provided easily through a Google search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I'm unable to change my profile picture, depending on who I'm meeting with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace allows us to hold meetings without rescheduling when someone is sick, keeping our plans intact.

Ease of use and user friendly! It is easy to connect with business meeting.

Lag and sometime poor audio and video quality.

It helps me to bring meeting preparations, and it can record the video meetings. And most people were familiar with the app.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has become the industry standard for virtual meeting software. I have tried other video call services, but Zoom stands out as the best. Its user interface is very intuitive, making it easy to use, and I find the breakout room feature especially useful.

The only aspect I dislike is how easily the meeting tabs can be accessed upon logging in.
