Sometimes, Zoom Workplace can use a lot of system resources, especially on older devices. Some features are only available in paid plans, and updates can sometimes be a bit disruptive. Overall, the downsides are small.

I use Zoom Workplace for quick online meetings, interviews, and courses. I like its friendly user interface and its support and privacy for online meeting rooms. When I used it for online courses, it really helped me connect with a lot of people in related fields and grow my network and socialize more. The setup process is very easy as the interface is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the server crashes and I get logged out for some reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Workplace solves the flexibility problem by cutting down on travel time. I can record meetings to rewatch as needed. It's super convenient for connecting with people in related fields and growing my network.

I also value the options of sharing a call or using meeting IDs to enter meetings, especially when the call involves both internal and external attendees. The initial setup was very easy with no delay, which I found impressive. These features, along with its functionality, lead me to rate it a 9 out of 10 in terms of recommending it to others.

Sometimes the quality of video gets grainy or people freeze. It can take time away from the call's main discussion and make us step away to solve the issue.

If you want to be the primary host, you must have a Zoom account. Otherwise, you can't assign someone else as the primary host. I don't like this feature because I think I should be able to give this permission to any participant I choose, regardless of whether they have a Zoom account.

I was searching for a better video conferencing application that included a cloud recording feature. Then I discovered Zoom, which completely met my needs.

As an IT professional, I value it for its stability, ease of deployment, user-friendly interface, and features like screen control, breakout rooms, and meeting management. Honestly, I like that it just works. It’s easy to use, meetings start quickly, and screen sharing is smooth. It just makes working together easier. We can jump on a call, share screens, and sort things out quickly instead of dragging things out over messages or emails. It was fairly easy since most people already knew how to use Zoom, getting started didn’t take much effort. I’d recommend it because it’s reliable, easy to use, and works well for everyday meetings and collaboration.

Sometimes it’s just a lot of meetings, and it can feel a bit overwhelming. Also, quality can dip if someone’s connection isn’t great. Helping reduce unnecessary meetings and making it easier to keep calls usable on weaker internet would go a long way. Better defaults and smarter quality adjustments would really help.
