Works well for sharing documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the controls for adjustment of the application are easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy. I have had issues when there are several people online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have noticed that in the last year or so that many of the minor issues that I experienced have been remediated.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly platform, Zoom is now renowned to be the go-to videoconferencing platform. I was using it before the pandemic and it helped me to connect with either clients or even my family. The tools integrated into the platform make it very powerful and offer a wide range of functionalities to connect with the audience in different ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I explored other alternatives for Zoom because my budget didn't allow me to pay for the paid version anymore as I am using a new device that wasn't allowing me to record the meetings without a paid membership. I would have enjoyed that the platform would offer the same benefits to all types of exploitation systems and devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me to connect with my clients and my community no matter where I am in the world. As a digital entrepreneur with an unusual lifestyle, it was important to me to be able to connect with people in real time easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Even with many people in the same meeting, it never lags. It also supports breakout rooms functionality which helps users to move around rooms and communicate between them. All rooms are independent of others, which is impressive; we can make up to 50 rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When installed into computer devices and tried to use it, the zoom window keeps focusing unless you minimise it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helped us during covid times to meet our family members and see their faces. Also, it is helpful for business meetings as it is much more reliable than any other available tools. In our company, we do company meetings via zoom only.

It is very easy to do the meetings online from even low data connection

Nothing much but some options like mute or video mute not confusing to use

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is a appreciable tool for remote work because it is easy to use and integrates with teams. It works equally well on Mac, Windows, Android, and iOS, and offers excellent voice and video calls. It also allows for a higher number of participants compared to other platforms, which is useful for larger meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the security options of this system are limited and not customizable enough. It would be great if there were more control over the settings, down to the smallest details. Additionally, I've observed that the system can be quite demanding on computer resources, which can cause some strain and performance issues for some people from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This application has been cooperative for my work since it allows me to connect with people all over the country. The video feature is especially useful when it comes to interacting with customers who are far away. I love that I can share links or my screen while still talking to them, something that would not be possible with just a phone call or email. Additionally, setting up video calls and conferences is quick and easy, and the quality is clear.

What do you like best about the product?
The Zoom apps seem to be an attempt to mitigate the software's aging UI and functionality in a world of more virtual meetings. The latest version has a cool human avatar you can customize and use when you need to be off camera.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some of the newer meeting tools on the market, it's UI and functionality aren't as cutting edge. Compare to Butter, Gatheround, Lu.ma for registration pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting with friends and professional colleagues has been essential over the past three years. Now, as I use Zoom more to facilitate sessions, I can appreciate it's modern feel over Cisco Web Ex and GotoMeeting. It also feels more sturdy than Meet.

Zoom is user friendly tool, which makes easy for us to held a meeting with just a click. With high quality video along with the facility of screen sharing and recording features. More amazingly we can host hundred's of participants in single meeting or conferences

Some weaknesses about zoom, I feel is security issues, in which sometimes uninvited participants create disturbances. Secondly users having slow speed internet can't use it effectively and create delays

Zoom is best platform for teams, cofounders, Management for making collaboration, discussion and interaction with each other regardless of location.
It is beneficial for me during my tours and visits I can share my opinion or command to my team by sharing screen feature and interecting with my team to resolve business issues on the spot.

to be honest nothing. Its an awesome tool and a great addition to my work tools.
