Zoom for quick connects
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom can be used over any device and the interface is very user friendly and easily accessible. The free version comes with lot of features and there is almost no need to use the paid version expect for the time limit for meets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it lags or hangs at the starting of the meet And even during the meet some technical issues are observed with larger audience and sometimes the connection will be disrupted

Zoom is making connecting and video conferencing with people a lot easier. Especially with its visual background feature, it works so well creating a office background even though you are working from home.
It has made connecting, chatting, explaining concepts using whiteboard and spreadsheet a lot easier.

Powerful video conference tool with lots of features
What do you like best about the product?
As a creative, I usually share my screen when meeting with clients, and sometimes I need to share a video with them. Zoom lets me share the audio on my screen as well as the video. One of the coolest features though is allowing someone else to control my screen. With this, if a client is asking me to change something on the screen and I don't understand exactly what they mean, I can just give them the controls for a bit and they can show me in real time on my computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may seem small, but I dislike how there's no notification when someone joins your meeting. In other video conference apps, I get a sound to let me know someone else has joined the call. There are times when I'm waiting on my Zoom call to join, but I've switched to a different window to work on something and if the person is quiet when they join, who knows how long they've been watching me?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me have meetings with clients in a convenient way right from my computer. Being able to share my screen and even give clients remote access to my computer is almost as good as having them right there with me.

One problem for me before was needing to enter meeting IDs and codes each time, now it's more streamlined. Easier. Makes it easier to be more productive.

Very simple to use, you can download a file to start working on Zoom or you can use a web page without any downloads.

Sometimes it is slow when opening or gets stuck when it is opening.

Zoom managed to resolve issues in a few countries when it was a bit hard to use the platform for business. It was hard to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a free service that allows you to hold video conversations and meeting with friends, family, colleagues. Zoom makes it really easy to use its platform and it is allowing individuals to use it for their purposes whatever they may be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it could have more functions within itself. Overall it is a very good system and it works most of the time. most issues caan probably be narrowed down to user issue.

Zoom solves the problem of being able to communicate with people who are in different locations easily. it allows me to schedule meetings ahead of time and invite individuals to ensure that work is getting done ad there is no way something is miscommunicated becasue there is also a record option.

What do you like best about the product?
Goodness! This is so astounding and I thank Zoom for being with us in these days. I like it especially because my little girl is also doing her classes on it. Sometimes it doesn't work due to connection issues, but it's fine with me. During the Coronavirus time, it also helped us a lot, and I am very grateful to Zoom. Business work can also be done on this platform. We can do group study if you are studying in school. We can use the whiteboard to clarify the students' doubts if you are a teacher.

What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly! Yet, the reality is that there is no dark mode highlight working in the application and this is horrible! I have specs and that too high power... what's more, working around evening time has turned into an aggravation for me! It gives my eyes eye strains which later affects my sleep and work progress...it would be BETTER if you make a feature built into the actual application... CAN'T continue searching for ways to make it happen. It is something your application should essentially provide without anyone mentioning it. Though the application is indeed incredible!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is an amazing tool in terms of online studies. It really helps us reduce the cost of traveling in order to join a class and learn new skills. I personally am able to work at home and also associate with my colleagues as I also study via the same application. This is a really great solution that Zoom has provided for me over the years.
