It was easy to use and the recordings were easy to access and share with clients.

Zoom provided everything I needed to host all of my meetings with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the immense value that Zoom provides with its unique blend of exceptional versatility, ease of use, accessibility and adaptability. Being able to use it regardless of my location or platform is a huge advantage in maximising efficiency when working remotely. However, what I enjoy most about this application is how quickly you can set up external programs through its memory function, allowing me to customise usage according to specific needs both personally and professionally - making every interaction effortless and streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Zoom lacks the necessary privacy and security to make me feel comfortable using it. I am particularly concerned about incidents of 'Zoom-bombing', where uninvited participants join meetings without consent and disrupt them in some way. Additionally, running Zoom on my computer resulted in excessive use of system resources and a noticeable drop in performance.

Due to my frequent absences from the office, Zoom has a significant impact on my work.

Lighter Zoom version will be much helpfull also changing the quality of video while screen sharing.

Lifesaver during the pandemic
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Zoom to catch up with friends and family during the pandemic, and it's been great. We're able to see each other's faces and have conversations as if we're in the same room. The audio and video quality are both excellent, and it's really easy to use.

It's used connect people through Audio and Text option. If the candidate not answering the phone means we can able to sent voice message also. In that we can mention our contact number.

sometime the number is correct but not able connect the people because it's stating that the number is invalid OR not in service. In that scenario we are not able connect the people.
