Great conferencing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to connect with others synchronously using this platform. Zoom allows me to host business meetings without having to be face-to-face. There are many features that make the conferencing more engaging, such as screen share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love it if there were more features for meetings to make them more engaging. Perhaps more polling features. The cost is also higher than competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to have meetings when we can't be face-to-face because of the distance between our offices. Our offices are located hours away from each other and this solves that problem.

Zoom's user-friendly interface and wide range of features include high-quality video and audio, screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, &recording options.

Limited functionality in the free version as we can only conduct a meeting for maximum 40 mins.
In free version, meeting duration should be at least for 60 mins

Enabling remote work

Increasing efficiency - it saves my time & reduces my cost to travel.

UI. Share document tool. Record tool. Audio quality.

High cost, No free version for test POC or user test.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, Zoom Provides Smooth Video Conferencing With clear audio input and output which channelizes and removes the background echo and gives a clear Call and uninterrupted sitter
What do you dislike about the product?
i really feel like there are no cons in zoom, as of now, it would be great if they brought more interesting video call backgrounds and smooth edge detection and translation features

Making it virtual to meet people every part of the world i like to attend virtual hackathons and summits and some live classes through zoom and its pretty cool video conferencing application

Has a number of features to make a video call pleasing and navigating to the different options is also easy.

Sometimes crashes and the links don't work.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Various accessibility options, if enabled. Abilty to record meetings/webinars. Ability to add cusomtomized background. Ability to blur background for privacy reasons.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main pet peeve is the amount of call-in options shared with an invite. Most people in my experience only need a video link and/or call-in number. However, the intives usually have a large amount of various lines that can be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to be connecte to my team, partners, and clients without having to be physically in the same place.
Zoom is an efficient way to communicate internally. I use it on a daily basis for sales meetings

Zoom is extremely user-friendly with very straight-forward functionality and features.

Some issues include sound/video problems from time to time, but overall, it has been a positive experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has solved many issues within my organization, mainly with the benefit of saving time by utilizing either long or short meetings (depending on the day) with the added benefit of disseminating sales company compliance figures to employees and managers.
Excellent video conferencing experience
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom provides the best video conferencing experience, very user friendly, provides maximum audience connectivity, enables two way communication between the host and participants. It has feature of whiteboard which is an added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike as such except for time limitation for the non subscriber users. The meeting session goes off automatically after 40 minutes and then host and participants has to reconnect with the new link to resume the meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through Zoom , I am able to connect to larger audiences and students through out the world so easily. Teaching the concepts and spreading knowledge had never been so easy for me before even at the comfort of seating at my own couch.

It's easy to schedule meetings and share the meeting invitation to the respective team members.
