Zoom is a great software for online meetings
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom's capability of pausing and stopping video recording as we like along with the ability to have private chats within the meeting with participants and the quality of the Call itself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are lags when network isn't proper but that's evident of any tool and not just zoom. For unlicensed users, the Meeting ends in 30 mins and that could be increased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability of conveying demonstrations on the product clearly to the customer is seemlessly done with the help of zoom and that benefits my day to day roles a lot.

Its features are very advanced and helpful. It helped me to attend classes during the lockdown.

No such things to dislike. Everything was good.

By attending online classes, I was able to continue my study by using zoom.

easy to interact with and start a session/join a session

Laggy sometimes, i'm sure its mostly based on the internet, but maybe they could make it better for those with less than perfect internet.

It helped during covid with keeping appointments and meetings going.

When I start a new meeting, I need to invite folks too, and that process is not smooth. If we can just show the invitation link in the popup. That would be very helpful.

Zoom faces connectivity issues, that can be worked upon. Their advanced features, such as longer meeting times and cloud recording, require a subscription, this could be a financial burden

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and I am able to share my screen easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anyone who doesn't have a license wants to host a meeting, they can only do it for less than an hour.

I am able to interact with individuals across the country.
Easily operating but less features
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness to just click on a link and join a meeting or an online class and also we can easily record the session going on through the interface itself. The chat feature and the ease to download chats.
What do you dislike about the product?
The low quality camera and streaming is annoying and also the settings menu is hard to navigate on. Sometimes there are problems with mics not working or camera not working,

Hosting classes and important sessions online where tons of people benifit from it and with more and more people working from home or remotely, Zoom provides a reliable and easy-to-use platform for conducting meetings and collaborating with colleagues.

One of the best things about Zoom is its ease of use. Setting up and joining a meeting is simple, and the user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Zoom also provides various features such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, recording, and chat, making virtual meetings more interactive and engaging. Additionally, Zoom allows for seamless integration with other applications and platforms, making it an efficient tool for online collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Features are limited when on an older version of computers. It is understandable though. It would also be nice if there are ready background filters like office view or home office view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have to run through an onboarding call to our clients or gather the briefing for a certain project, we highly recommend jumping into a zoom call. Other clients prefer Google conference though.
Zoom helping bring people together
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the tools that provides a low entry bar to collaboration between people, with the free tier it is simple for people to virtually meet up with video and audio and sharing content. With the paid levels you get longer meetings but at the entry free level it's great when you don't have the other enterprise grade tools available and set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the user interface being a little tricky for users that aren't as similar with video conferencing technology, we often have to spend a few minutes educating users when they want to share something. It would be good if new users could run through a tutorial in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's bringing multiple people together across many reasons at a time that is convenient for all so that we can collaborate without the need for travel and finding a venue big enough for the entire group.
Easy and reliable way to meet online
What do you like best about the product?
It's free and easy to acess. The quality of the call is overall good. The user interface is straightforward for everybody to use. The option of using zoom without downloading the app is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the free zoom version, the meeting ends directly after one hour, which is very irritating. Sometimes there are issues with audio during a meeting. Also, when too many people have joined the meeting it isn't easy to see the video of different people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem in the world is time management. Zoom allows you to meet people online and will enable you to work from whichever place you want. It brings people together in a way that makes connecting people across the world easy and fun.
