A great video conferencing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to join and create meetings, the chat box features, the ease of screen sharing, and its integration with google calendar/slack for ease and convenience
What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory sign-ins when joining meetings from my google calendar. If I am already signed in to Zoom or accessing a private link from my email address, it is a bit redundant to make me sign in with my email again on Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Large scale meetings with +1000 people, not many other video conferencing platforms are able to support audience sizes that large. A lot of the meeting rooms in the office are also compatible with Zoom.

Easy to use and intuitive controls. Everything is where you'd think it'd be

I sometimes have troubles with volume of others, especially those using group microphone in large rooms.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is the ideal video conferencing software, providing users with a range of communication, collaboration, and sharing features that make it easy to work remotely. Whether you need to hold one-on-one meetings or conference with larger groups over voice or video, Zoom makes it possible, regardless of location. For group projects, whiteboarding and screen sharing features allow team members in different locations to efficiently participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions. It also integrates seamlessly with some popular applications, reducing log-in time when switching between accounts and simplifying the tasks we post at all times. For these reasons, it's no wonder that Zoom has become known for its comprehensive services that facilitate remote work from virtually anywhere in the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the potential for distractions during Zoom calls as I find them distracting. Additionally, reports of spammers hacking into user meetings are concerning and something I would rather avoid. The differences between the free plan and the premium plans also limit my ability to take advantage of some features, such as having a larger number of participants on a call if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm thrilled that Zoom is working to solve the problem of not being able to work in person because it really benefits me. The new features they've added make my life so much easier - I don't have to worry about coordinating complex meetings or spending too much time setting them up!
Quick and easy for meetings
What do you like best about the product?
The simple yet powerful user interface makes Zoom one of the top Conferencing software in the IT industry. Still, what makes it best is its performance and capacity to hold large crowds for any bridge calls, be it large-scale enterprise networks to small startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could have been better is the free account features like the option to extend the meeting duration for 10-15 mins rather than the meeting getting ended abruptly after 60 mins
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem with conferencing and training is the option to save them, and Zoom provides it by recording the session and keeping a local copy or to its cloud. This enables users to opt for Zoom over other major software.
Zoom is a great global connetivity option but still have some details to check upon.

Zoom is very easy to access, user friendly , and contains features like Virtual Working Spaces and an online whiteboard, making it stand out from other video conferencing platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on features and access in a free plan, network connectivity issues, easy to zoom bomb and constant allegations of low data privacy are drawback areas that requires attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom has improved a lot on its network connectivity issues, it has also worked a lot on comment control, and the introduction of features like virtual whiteboards has made it more user-friendly. Now it is easy to connect, communicate and learn through Zoom

It is a simple efficient way to do video communications in the company. allowing us to schedule & quickly set up a meeting with any number of participants we want

I find the tool to have no clear downside, after using it a lot I feel that I got used to it but it might be good to aim to make the tool even more simple to use.

It allows us to have video conferences with many users, share the screen and present & also record if needed in a scalable and easy way.

Chat window needs more improvement - personal view
When an user sharing their screen during the meeting, screen goes fullscreen by auto, thats weird when we are in different screen.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom does a good job in filtering background noises and highlighting the current speaker.
As the remote working becomes a norm even after the pandemic, remote meeting platforms such as Zoom become import tools for our daily working. We use Zoom for our daily standup meeting and more.

What do you like best about the product?
We can call it as a people connector , it's easy to connect officially with people and it has rapid update within a week it gets updated day by day .I can say zoom is one of the top product ever lanched to communicate
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't have any other wrong opinion about zoom, all the way I'm happy to use 90% am satisfied with zoom . Already it's updating day by day ,I think this is a product professional can use without any worries
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a recruiter in that way I connect candidates via zoom . I always schedule meeting through zoom and connect with candidate and it is usefull to educate about interview process through screensharing

it's free and easy to set up. The free version is pretty decent and is enough for my use. Video quality is probably best compared to other platforms I have used before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version cuts you off after 30 minutes which is a bit annoying. You can still use the same link again but it's a little frustrating. Also, it's a bit confusing to schedule a video meeting without you being the host and having to start it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it enables me to meet clients and candidates easily and for free (I work in recruitment). We also use it for our organisation as a conferencing tool. There are other providers which would do the same tbh but it's the most common one.
