Remote Meeting Paradigm Shift
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom enables me to work with coworkers in a way that is seamless. Better than a phone call, and the onboard tools are great. The breakout rooms make large meetings more manageable and interactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to replicate being in a room with someone. Sometimes screen editing and control can feel cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have teams that span cities, offices and time zones. We need to be able to collaborate remotely. Zoom enables that.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows different ways of scheduling a meeting. It also has breakout rooms facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much as i feel it is relatively best placed when compared to its competition.

It helps in sharing screens and ask for any software development query to team member.

What do you like best about the product?
The feature of a private chat is very immersive.

We cannot edit/delete words once we send them in the chat.

Zoom facilitates real-time connections with distant contacts. Since I started taking online classes and webinars, Zoom has been especially helpful to me.

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to video conferencing tools, I've found Zoom to be a standout platform especially post-pandemic. It offers seamless collaboration for both personal and professional use. Its user interface is intuitive, making it easy to join or host a meeting. Its features, such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds, and recording options, are easily accessible and useful for remote work,
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the time limitation of the meeting for Basic version users. They should offer an option to add up to 1 more email along with your business/work email which we can use for personal purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving multiple problems for businesses like solving the need for showcasing your product to your prospects, and onboarding your customers becomes so easy via Zoom. All these use cases have helped me to attain my quota quicker & boosted my company's revenue.
Amazing Conferencing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to change your background, as well as the ability to beautify yourself for the video conferencing. I also like that you dont have to utilize the video feature,
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be complex to join a meeting, with a unique meeting ID and then a code as well. This can be frustrating and difficult to log in on occasion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows me to connect with others that are not in my geographic location and communicate, even taking notes, sharing files and adding additional people to contribute.
Best Universal Business Communicator
What do you like best about the product?
Who has not used Zoom. The whole world knows it. Easy to setup a call with the customer. Easy to use. Doesn't need much expertise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have noticed the sound goes off. Very rare. Rest everything is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All conference calls are setup on Zoom. Easy to integrate with Slack and Google Calender. With Slack you can simply create a Zoom link without even going in Zoom.
Standard and reliable service
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Zoom over Google meetings. I love the ease of teaching someone something and sense a difference whenever I use an alternative. I also used Zoom for a couple years as a podcast recording platform and feel grateful that it was so easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I stopped using Zoom for my podcast because I found a paid service like Riverside to have better quality video and audio.

Easy place to meet someone virtually. It's easy to schedule a zoom and send it out to someone.

It's smooth and easy to use. The scaling issues from early in the pandemic are all resolved and there are only rarely issues with availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is very restrictive and the paid plans are expensive unless you plan on using it very frequently. Attendees with slow internet connections frequently experience lag and latency issues.

Ability to connect with multiple organizations and individuals who all use the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that Zoom tends to be the industry standard for video chat across most industries. I love that it's easy to use, integrate, and everyone is familiar with the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the quality can suffer on Zoom. A lot of times, people end up stuck in buffering or end up sounding robotic. That might be more of a personal issue though..

Zoom is the tool that we use for calling with clients face to face and sharing our screens for live demos. It allows us to connect with clients and create a better relationship with them.
