The best connectivity for work
What do you like best about the product?
I like zoom since it is straightforward to use and has served me for different uses, for my work, my studies, and even connecting with my family; it is not necessary a lot of technical knowledge to use it; it is a success.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Zoom is that the free version gives you very little time, and you have to keep starting the calls once the free time has passed. In addition, most functions are not available in the free version, so you are left with a very basic call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Zoom solved and was very noticeable in the 2020 pandemic is the connectivity between people. The fact that it simply allowed you to communicate with people very quickly and continue with life as it is today benefited me a lot. Work and in my studies.

The new dock on the side with the different apps. It gets in the way

What do you like best about the product?
I think zoom is one of the best apps in the industry, we can say it is the most popular nowdays and is completely fair, its option offer to you a lot of benefits as the background changer and noise reducer that really helps in the development of business meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe it has things to work as the information saver, in my experience it uses to fail a lot and it makes me put my username and password over and over, making it uncomfortable for the user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned before something that was really great about the new features is the noise reducer, because in a business environment one use to be surrounded by a lot of noice and people so implementing that has been really helpful for us as users

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the invitation is confusing for some. It is a lot of information to processs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Peoples' schedules and timing meetings. Even if it is just across campus but the schedule is tight people can zoom from their office.

Video and Audio Quality, screen sharing, remote access and all.

What do you dislike about the product?
We cant save the password for further login. Every time we need to type a login password, which is not useful. This is little troublesome to make kids use this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtual meetings and virtual class when we couldnot meet physically , this zoom gives a bang to start virtual class rooms and meeting rooms. I would really appriciate for that.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is one of the best online virtual meeting platforms I've used. It's easy to use, integrates well with office and its features are easy to figure out. The learning curve isn't steep at all to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not to like about zoom. It can be difficult to figure out the audio and visual side of it, but once you do it's pretty straightforward after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom allows our office to have meetings with everyone in the company without having to get everyone together. This was helpful during COVID and contiues to be helpful today.

Zoom is the best video conferencing tool hands down, it has almost zero lag and the best picture and audio quality. Zoom is also dilled with options like screen sharing , annotations , reactions and much more.

There is no downside as of now, zoom is great as it is.

Zoom is the bwst video and audio conferencing tool. It is easy to schedule the meeting and share links. And it is easy to record the meeting and evensave the recording in cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom makes working remotely much more efficient and effective. All sizes of organizations can use it, and most plans are free or very inexpensive. Users can communicate via text messages, phone calls, video conferencing, meetings, and even recorded conversations. In addition, it allows you to review your audio/visual settings before joining a conference call, preventing issues from occurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's technical issues, including audio and video interruptions, are very discouraging. Interruptions can significantly slow down meetings and other forms of communication. I am also aware of previous reports that suggest this platform contains security vulnerabilities that need to be addressed in order to ensure a safe environment for all users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My work requires me to use Zoom a lot. Scheduling client meetings and collaborating with colleagues is easy with it.
Simple, near-universal video conferencing.
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share screen, and also to "pause" the screen share. Simple settings and customizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if ZOOM had a setting so that when I create a google calendar meeting, it defaults to ZOOM as the conferencing solution. I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be great.
