One of the best apps for teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zooms because it has revolutionized the way we work. It is a powerful tool that allows us to collaborate more effectively and be more productive by eliminating unnecessary waiting time. Features like breakout rooms make it easy for people in different locations to participate in meetings, while the HD or analog camera options allow users to save data without sacrificing quality. In addition, the ability to securely control user privileges adds an extra layer of security to protect sensitive information from prying eyes. With all of these features combined with its ease of use, I'm confident that this is a collaboration platform worth keeping around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find using Zoom for audio and video recording to be frustrating at times. I wish the editing capabilities of cloud-based audio and video were more intuitive, so it's easier for me to make changes when I need to. It's also a limitation that you can't directly share audio files from YouTube or Facebook without downloading it first, which makes sharing much less convenient than it could be otherwise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Zoom, I benefit from consistent video quality and smooth, uninterrupted conversations. End-to-end encryption ensures that all my data is secure as it travels across the web.
Easy and fast way to meet clients!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to set up recurring meetings and invite participants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some audio and video settings change after an update is installed.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how easy it is to use, and that so many people can be on the call at once.

I don't think I dislike anything about Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved a great deal of issues during COVID when meetings could not happen in person. I've also enjoyed it for marriage counseling!

What do you like best about the product?
I mean, zoom is a pretty basic meeting platform that doesn't have anything "super special," but it is okay. Plus, the backgrounds are AWESOME!!! Not my go-to meeting platform, but it's okay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is okay, nothing bad there's nothing wrong I can think of off the top of my head other than how it has bugs sometimes. As I said before, Zoom is okay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me meet with other people far away from me. For example, I can talk with people in a different state than me. I'm also way more productive than when I email or text.

I love the ability to turn on captions, change all settings needed, change name, have diff screen views

Having video and mic on automatically when you sign on

What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, all the features provided by Zoom are at their best, but I like the user-friendly interface the most, which has customization options as well ti give a better look and feel of virtual reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom can increase the number of free attendees for a meeting up to 100 counts as it currently gives 50 participants at a time. This can be taken into consideration, in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At home comfort one can take team meetings, business meetings and many more which is making platform more demanding and at the same time more secured.
The best conference app
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily organize all my meetings with the application. It is enough for me to send a link to the people who will participate in the meeting. The sounds and the video image are quite high quality. I can create a conference with the person we want by logging into the contact. I can even schedule and link conferences in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the links I send don't open and the user can't log in. In addition, the conference ends every 40 minutes. The paid version is very expensive. There are occasional breaks between voices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't see a serious problem. The version is improved by updating over time
Meetings that can be easily set up and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of most people having the software so that you can set up a meeting with minimal effort. The use of sharing screens is a big convenience. Especially in screen-sharing work and schedules
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of chatting features like Microsoft teams has. The chat feature in Zoom is also not great in that if you join late. The chat starts at the point you joined and doesn't let you look at the chat history.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me to share my screen with co-workers to help work together and solve issues we are facing. It is also allowing us to have team meetings when not everyone is in the office. Especially during covid when nobody was in the office.

I like that you can speak with anyone around the country using Zoom. No matter how far someone is it is an easy way to meet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that you can only be on a 30 minute meeting unless you have extra access.

It is helping me meet with people who are unable to in person.
