Reliable Zoom conference calls
What do you like best about the product?
I continue to be impressed with Zoom's rich feature set. The seamless integration of speaker fidelity, video backgrounds, cameras, and screen sharing make it my first choice for meetings or presentations that require collaboration. The blur and customization options are invaluable in helping to hide unnecessary distractions. I also appreciate the ability to share only specific windows on my desktop, which helps keep confidential information secure during presentations. Overall, Zoom is an excellent platform for everyone to collaborate without hindrance or delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am happy to report that the time constraints of Zoom no longer affect me since I upgraded to the commercial version. However, occasionally when uploading videos to YouTube, they may not be recognized if they aren't popular enough. Also, sometimes a web page can have embedded video files that won't show up in someone's Zoom session, even if it's displayed correctly on their page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom helps me stay connected with my clients and keep our business relationship strong despite the distance between us. With Zoom's video conferencing technology, I'm able to bridge the gap of geographic separation and have face-to-face conversations without having to worry about expensive travel costs or physical inconvenience.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a user-friendly interface making it easy to use even for beginners. the video and audio quality in zoom calls is quite good and hence Zoom can be used even for the live session of learning various art and exercise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, during the pandemic, there were some security concerns regarding screen sharing and screen recording but the company has put significant efforts to over come them and hopefully will thrive through the security concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is user-friendly and provides extensive features for various devices hence its compatibility with various devices is a plus. Zoom solves various issues found with other devices like low latency for other audio/video calls.

The standout feature of Zoom is its excellent connectivity, offering high-quality audio and video. Additionally, its familiarity stems from being an early adopter in the field of online communication during the onset of epidemics. Previously, I had used a different system for video conferences in another company, which primarily relied on room-based conferences rather than peer-to-peer video conferencing. However, with the need to communicate directly with peers, Zoom emerged as the first and preferred choice for me. Overall, I consider it the top option and the primary tool I use. Additionally, the solution has all the functionality I need.
What needs improvement?
In addition to Zoom, I frequently utilize Slack, and I particularly appreciate its huddle functionality. What I find appealing about Slack is the ability to simultaneously chat and have video capabilities. It would be beneficial if Zoom offered similar features integrated with some form of channel system, although I acknowledge that I am not involved in the product management aspect. Personally, I believe this integration would make Zoom even more compelling and engaging for users like myself.

I have been using Zoom for three to four years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
We have had some issues with the connection but this could be my ISP and not the solution.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
The scalability of Zoom is good.

I have used Webex and Zoom has better quality.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of Zoom was not difficult. A corporate account can be more difficult. The time it takes for the implementation is quick, approximately 15 minutes.
What other advice do I have?
I would recommend this solution to others.

The picture quality first of all. Then the feasibility of using the side options like chat and react.

Logging in to the account is tedious sometimes.

It's not really a technical problem but it's a featureset availability for free vs paid. I pay but the difference between the 2 are too far apart for the pricing
