What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout attributes of Zoom is its excellent audio and video quality. I have generally had a positive experience with Zoom as my guests usually already know how to use it or are able to learn quickly. Guests who haven't used Zoom before are usually reassured by my clear and comprehensive instructions on how to create an account and join the session.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of people feeling disconnected in virtual meetings. By providing high quality audio and video, it allows me to feel that I'm truly present with everyone else on the call, regardless of their physical location.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of the Zoom app is its user-friendly interface.The video and audio quality provided by Zoom is exceptional.Even with a low bandwidth connection, Zoom manages to maintain a stable and clear video stream, ensuring that participants can see and hear each other without any disruptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom faced scrutiny regarding its privacy and security practices in the past.While Zoom offers a free version, it comes with limitations such as time restrictions on meetings with multiple participants.

Zoom app helped me in various aspect. Since i am sub- coordinator of e-cell of iit patna, so i need to connect with different people across different colleges for promotion of events and many times i need to connect with my teammates also for instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom was really great and helpful during COVID shutdown, but since then it hasn't seemed to keep its usefulness. They've not updated things as much as other video chat services and have seemed to fall behind slightly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues seemed to be abundant, but that was also a function of so many other people using the service.

Easy to use , by sharing screen make other to understand things in a better way, easy for file sharing , can use it on multiple platforms ios , windows , android .

While using on deaktop , when ever a meeting start and anybody shares screen it automatically put the screen on full screen view which is distracting when you are doing multi taksing

It quite easy to share things , thoughts virtually rather than meeting though its giving the same experience while communicating. Saves a lot of time , can reachout to any user remotely and can discuss over VC

This can be particularly difficult in places with sluggish or erratic internet connections.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the Whiteboard feature and it comes with a template that is useful for presentation especially during the height of covid pandemic when there is difficulty in communication remotely.
The other virtual meeting I used before does not have a collaboration tool like Whiteboard.
Also, you can seamlessly switch from a desktop app to a mobile app.

What do you dislike about the product?
When it is being used in mobile it is a little bit hard to navigate the Zoom application. When I swipe to the right sometimes I press "End" call accidentally.

The need to write on a whiteboard during the meeting. During meetings, there are instances where you need to write or draw what you are explaining to clear information. The Whiteboard feature of Zoom address this common concern for user and it is easy to be used on a tablet.
