It’s solving the ability to have meetings late at night and all teammates don’t need to be in the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall user interface is excellent. This app is impressively stable, unlike others that tend to have video problems whenever there are internet issues. I also find the emojis and the ability to change backgrounds very useful, especially when working from home. It directly gets open with a single click also, which is really helpful. The summarization feature is top notch. I use it almost everyday.

nothing as such faced by me. The overall software is very helpful and easy to use.

it is solving my day to day meeting summary take ups. Such awesome summarization feature it has.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Zoom Workplace's capacity to bring together all our employees, allowing up to 400 to 500 participants in a single town hall meeting, which is incredibly convenient. I love how everyone can easily jump into a call without any hassle, making communication seamless across large groups. The breakout room feature is particularly beneficial as it enables us to split into smaller discussion groups when needed. Additionally, the customizable background options are impressive and help in maintaining professionalism during meetings. The EVAC feature is another standout, as it enhances our video calls significantly. I find these aspects of Zoom Workplace pretty awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have major dislikes about Zoom Workplace as I am overall very satisfied with its functionality. However, I believe that adding more nuanced permission settings could enhance user management, allowing for more defined restrictions and controls.

I like that it puts many tools in one spot. It's not just for video calls anymore. I can jump from a meeting to a team chat, share a file, work on a digital whiteboard, or even check my calendar, all without leaving the app.

slow performance sometimes, especially when opening the app or switching between its different sections. Also, the free version's time limits for meetings can be annoying, and the many features can make the setup feel a bit complicated or busy at first

Problem Solved: Having to switch between a video app, a chat app, a file-sharing app, and a calendar app all day. How it Benefits Me: By putting meetings, chat, documents, and other tools in one place, I save time and can focus better. Everything related to a project is connected, so I don't lose track of notes or follow-up tasks, making my workday much smoother and more efficient.

It’s also very straightforward to join meetings from anywhere. Overall, Zoom saves time, keeps everyone connected, and makes remote work feel much smoother.

One aspect I find challenging about Zoom Workplace is that it can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming. With such a wide range of features and settings, it’s easy to get lost or spend extra time trying to locate what you need. The platform also depends heavily on a stable internet connection, so even minor drops in bandwidth can cause audio glitches or video freezes, which is especially frustrating during important meetings. Additionally, updates are occasionally released at inconvenient times, requiring you to wait before you can join a call. While Zoom Workplace generally functions well, there are times when the experience is not as smooth as I would like.

Navigating preferences and options is sometimes a maze and hard to find what you are looking for.

Regularly use this software to enable face to face to face products demos with potential customers. The newly added "Clips" -- the ability to record short videos or screenshares is a pleasant surprise and loaded with nice little options like a moving gif of your video into your email.
