Zoom (pro) is easy to use. Pre-scheduling meetings, having breakout sessions, a "whiteboard", etc all make it very user friendly

Unless you pay for the service you can only use it for up to 1 hour.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom is its seamless integration with Microsoft Outlook. This allows users to quickly and easily schedule meetings, send invitations, grant access during sessions, change backgrounds or mute participants as required. In addition, requiring a password to join the meeting - which then locks the session once started - ensures maximum security protocols throughout each conference call, while Raise Hand allows members to instantly signal questions for presenters without disrupting the meeting too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are limited options for customising Zoom Microsoft meetings to make them more personalised. I understand the usefulness of a waiting room, but in my regular meetings it is tedious and unnecessary. It would be much better if this feature could be turned off by default so that I don't have to change my preferences each time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've benefited from Zoom's stabilisation programme, which has improved its reliability, given me high quality video calls and the ability to schedule them easily. This has had a huge impact on my productivity and allowed me to grow my business faster than before.

The best I like about Zoom is that it excels in providing a smooth video conferencing practical experience. The program facilitates high-quality video and audio, enabling individuals to have clear and continuous communication. Zoom's technology adapts to various internet connection speeds, making sure steady as well as reliable video conferencing even in low-bandwidth conditions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Zoom is a good application for making any virtual meetings online, the only dislike about this application is that within the trail edition we get only 40 minutes for a meeting, it should be increased up to 1 hr.

With the use of Zoom platform, we can easily conduct online meeting/conferences with our employees and vendors located at distant places, this save our lot of time and mone which earlier we spent on traveling.

I like Zoom best for its ability to effectively magnify conversations from a distance. With many features free of charge, it's ideal for groups of all sizes and budgets. Communication channels such as text messages, phone calls, online chat rooms or audio recordings make long distance connections easier than ever! The platform also allows you to preview the quality of your video and audio before you join a meeting - something few other programs allow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoom's technical problems can get in the way of communication, and I find them extremely frustrating. Regular Zoom users can attest to the impact these interruptions have on the flow of a meeting or conversation. Furthermore, Zoom poses an increased security risk that should not be ignored.

Zoom helps you set up high definition video conferencing meetings. I use Zoom to connect with my colleagues and clients from anywhere in the world, allowing us to collaborate on projects without being physically present.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that its free. Also it's cool that me and my team can meet up online, share our screens and its as effective as offline meeting. We have chat, we can put avatars, turn on video and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dont like is frozen screens from time to time, but I dont know if it's connection problem. Also it would be cool if they will add some no note-making feature.

We can have a meeting even if someone is far away - it's very helpful. And these meetings as effective as offline meetings!
