Has its fair share of technical difficulties, but WAY better than any other webcam meeting service
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use, even my elderly grandmother who is not tech savvy was able to operate this application without any help during the pandemic. She can hardly use an iphone but was able to use this easily. I also have the least amount of connectivity issues when trying to use an online meeting platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Zoom offers a free version, it comes with limitations on meeting durations for group calls and the number of participants. Some essential features are only available in paid plans, which may not be suitable for all users or organizations. Additionally, there were privacy concerns related to data collection and sharing practices, however I think Zoom has majorly addressed these concerns!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom offers a user-friendly interface that makes it accessible to a wide range of users, from tech-savvy individuals to those less familiar with video conferencing tools. Its simplicity and straightforward features contribute to its widespread adoption.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the language translating feature added. Thanks to it when we are having Group Town Hall, the french speaking countries are not left out of the converstaion

Am not sure if i dislike anything yet. Will have to check for this

It is our prefered meeting tool when we are having a town hall which involves staff from different language backgrounds. Both the porteguse and french speaking countries are taken care off
Easy to connect from anywhere with anyone...
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is considered better than other platforms because it is simple and easy to use. The most beneficial aspect of Zoom is its ability to hold meetings from anywhere, including web browsers. I appreciate the ease of sharing my screen to showcase my work and progress on projects and presentations...

However, there were instances where I was notified of scheduled calls through software updates, causing me to be late a few times.

I like that I can change the background of my place incase it is messy or just for privacy reasons. They have continuously updated the app and it is great.
Straightforward and widely used product
What do you like best about the product?
Everyone around the globe is now familiarw ith Zoom. It's become ubiquitous and despite some challenges it overall works well and causes few to no issues. Would definitely use it elsewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been changing an awful lot lately and the change to push the integrated apps from their marketplace down your throat is not altgether welcome. Sometimes it has odd glitches that seem to have no resolution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to keep in contact with our projects around the globe and also run remote meetings on days where we are working from home. We also use it to host webinars.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom offers a free basic plan for individuals. It allows 40 minutes per call. It can be used online by downloading the software. It helps with video calls, live chat, whiteboard, share screen to present PPT, videos and much more. It also involves features like recording and transcripts too.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you buy the paid version, you can skip the time limits on group meetings. When it comes to participant control the hosts may lack complete control to remove a participant permanently or mute their microphone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we want to have team meetings or brainstorming sessions we use Zoom. It's easy to use. Sharing the invite link makes it easy to have all the team members join the call.

nothing to declare, as it was the best video conferencing platform I have ever used.

Before, it was very complicated with the other platforms, as they were not intuitive, difficult to access and understand, with a limit on participants in the rooms. With Zoom, I found these conveniences.
