What do you like best about the product?
Video quality is excellent and very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a board button where you can draw on screen while in meeting for discussion. Giving write ability will guive another level to meeting.

I work in a client facing Industry where we have to Interact with international clients. Zoom is the only application That the clients are intrested in maybe because of the firewall
protection or the company policy. We even conduct our Webinars om zoom because pf its no limit Participation. We work on Microsoft teams but Zoom is our saviour at last moments.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage i feel is the tim constarints. As an associate i do not have the subscrition of it in my office and to use it unlimitied i have to ask my manager to set up the meeting, which i never have to do in Microsoft teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with Internations clients, Organising webinars and conference with vast number of members.audio and video sharing opportunity, and Backgrounds are amazing.

User friendly and and has some good features for scheduling the meetings for the customers

What do you like best about the product?
It allows to share the screen and do a conferencing, which has saved a lot of training time. The team members can be any where, on phone or computer they can join the meetings and training sessions. You can take webinars and host web based events. During lockdown this was the greatest help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any one can get access using the user i.d link and password. Has to have to way sharing options, so that both the clients/team members and the presenter/host can use the system at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It hleps a loot when it comes to meetings with the team members. Also you can train people around the world by simply sharing your screen with them. You can host virtual events to moral boot the agents, like performance reviews, weekly standup meets,etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and everyone because it is now so well known everyone has it already loaded making it easy to get people into a meeting. Because it is sop well known now and the default app for meetings users generally already know it and how to use it.

All positive stuff here, I really have not found anythign negative with Zoom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting together for Strata meetings was always hard and often people could not attend or scheduling was a hit and miss affair but with Zoom that problem is gone. People can dial in from where ever they are and attend.

It was a most useful application in the lockdown period, as everyone had to work from remote locations hence striving for such a brilliant solution

What do you like best about the product?
The gallery view is my favorite aspect of Zoom. Let's me see my scattered team at one glance, making it feel like akin to a reunion of old pals!
What do you dislike about the product?
The echoes haunt my meetings like uninvited ghosts. When I speak the words bounces back at me and I have to pause to let the echoes fade.

What do you like best about the product?
It's integration facilities with slack, gmail calendar and easily accessible. Multiple advance edit options for background and the caller. Works great with getting the attendance data, recordings into cloud or the system.

It takes a lot of time to figure things out. Not much friendly for the begineers.

Better communication with employees who work remotely. Break outs rooms helps with sessions and trainings effectively.
