What do you like best about the product?
Zoom helps me connect with my classmates during our online reviews. I can tell you that Zoom is a popular video conferencing platform known for being convenient for virtual reviews, meetings and webinars. I totally appreciate it for having a wide range of features and accessibility that is very helpful to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Common concerns we have with my classmates about Zoom mainly include privacy and security issues we heard when Zoom is in its early development. Although Zoom made big efforts to address the issue with security enhancements. Also, for me who is not very tech-savvy, I find it challenging to navigate the interface or experience technical issues from time to time. Thanks to my peers who helped me to be informed about the potential drawbacks while using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of facilitating remote communication. It has become especially valuable in various ways. Personally, it helped me with education. Zoom supports remote learning, making education more accessible to students worldwide. This can benefit me by providing access to a broader range of educational resources and opportunities.

Limited time for free users upto 45min which was introduced recently

What do you like best about the product?
Our Groupo Meetings are usually less than 30 minutes, and this is pretty much the feature of Zoom's FREE version.. This is what I love the most about ZOOM
What do you dislike about the product?
There were concerns about data theft back in covid days. To be honest, there was no data theft or kind of those things with us..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can use the FREE version of Zoom for my 10 members group meetings. And, my meetings last up to 30 minutes :) Very happy that I don't have to pay anyone for using the service.

Many people at same can meet with each other at a platform.

Once at a time only 6 or 8 people's live video can be displayed.

Zoom helps to do a college class of 50-60 people at once easily.
Zoom is incredible, but for Brazil it becomes expensive

I love the image quality and the ease of sharing my screen during presentations.

For us Brazilians, Zoom is very expensive because it is charged in dollars and is much more expensive than Google Meet, for example.

I can easily teach online classes for photographers and record them.

So easy to use and very very impressive.

Meeting time limit as the current 40 mins limit is too less

Easy and Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The feature that I love the most about Zoom is that it is very easy to use and to join a meeting without even having an account and it also has live transcription which is super convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Zoom is their interface I think it's kind of difficult to navigate compared to other videoconferencing programs that I have used in the past.

With Zoom I can have my meeting whenever I'm in the moment and with the same effectiveness as if I were in person and also it's great when giving presentations to many people because virtually you don't have to worry about the logistics of an event.
Good product, works well
What do you like best about the product?
Screen sharing feature is great and separates this from others in the space. Generally very easy to enter meetings and is usually nice and quick loging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit clunky from time to time. The app crashed a few times for me but doesn't happen often.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is most frequently used software for meeting. It is very easy to use. It is very light weight in term of processing to run.

I don't see any dislike about zoom as of now. It is running very smoothly for meeting.

It is very easy to use, we are using it very frequently used for the meeting and screen sharing. It increases the productivity to run the teaming smoothly with easiness.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Zoom was the ability to improve the quality of Video by using HD Video feature.
Apart from this I loved the ability to test your audio and video in advance before jumping on the call.

What do you dislike about the product?
The time it takes to connect to a zoom call and then the additional time it takes to connect to the audio device is quite annoying. You want something where you click a button and you are on the call. I expect these things to improve in the near future.

Zoom provides us with the ability to share the window that is relevant to the meeting, which provides us with privacy, that's a unique feature.
The remote access feature of zoom call is quite handy and easy to use.
