What do you like best about the product?
The audio and video capability with Zoom has far surpassed other tools I have used. Right now we have meetings where people who are traveling can take part in the conversation, even if they are taking a trip. If guests add a Zoom meeting to the meeting room schedule, all they have to do is push a button to start the conversation. It's effective for our company and with the positioning of Zoom rooms within our meeting rooms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is a procrastination in arranging a screen wirelessly within a meeting room. Users complain about watching the TV in the meeting room and using their PC mouse while joining online. I think it is a restriction on the use of wireless sharing and a small delay. I just inform them that they should only observe their computer screen at the time of sharing such a thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We will use the zoom throughout our institution. We replaced an online conferencing software and our users love the simplicity of using Zoom. It is highly valued and has given us money while increasing technology utilization. Recently, we added a new feature to Zoom Rooms that we love: the integration of our calendar with the conference room resource calendar and the ease of use in the room.

Technical Glitches: Like any software, Zoom is not immune to technical glitches. Some users have encountered problems with audio or video quality, screen sharing, or connectivity issues during their Zoom meetings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is simple to use. It has file sharing ability, recording of the meeting for playback, and breakout rooms for easy interaction. The quality of the video and audio is superb.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of the application is considerably large which overtime requires more storage space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of meeting with participants from different locations thereby saving cost of transportation and venue logistics. Also, it enables my effective participation in local and international conferences.

The chat option is something that i felt of very useful in Zoom apart from the breakout room option.

Nothing is least helpful in Zoom. Every option is good only.

Zoom is a wonderful video conferencing app which is having many features. I have had a very good experience working on Zoom so far. I really recommend people using it.
A Tried and tested solution for all kind of online meetings and classes
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Zoom platform for many years. It is convenient and easy to operate. Handling a large number of attendees is no problem. During Corona's time, it was a savior. Annotation, breakout room, and managing rights for attendees is also a breeze. There are a lot of add-on features as per the requirement (Poling etc..).
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is higher side than the other available platforms. Sometimes the add-ons are too costly

Aside from the ability to conduct meetings with a lot of people, I like the features as well, it made it easy for people to interact

It's taking a lot of bandwith that sometimes causes slow video conferences

It solved the poor interaction with people especially due to remote work. It's giving us the ability to conduct meetings virtually and without hassle
