Pretty easy for most people to understand. Helpful to use for meetings.

The camera quality isn't great, but I like having the option to turn off the camera altogether.

For me, Zoom has changed the game. It has excellent usability and dependability for online meetings. Usually, the audio and video quality is first-rate. It's simple to share files and screens. Additionally, the chat tool is useful for fast queries.

There have, however, been a few bumps. It can be annoying when there are brief lags or difficulties during meetings. Additionally, security issues have previously been brought up. Zoom is an excellent tool overall, but it has several drawbacks.

For starters I enjoyed everything about the interface it's easy friendly and have almost all features you are looking for

privacy and security is not very good zoom bombing and all that staff mekes hard to trust
limited free plan as in my early carrer can't afford zoom so i use the the free version but it has very less featurs than the other ones subscription costs is very high

the best thing is i can use zoom form anywhere in the world and talks to aneone with any issue meeting scheduling is the best feature and face to face interaction is best

What do you like best about the product?
We can do video calling, adding paricipants conveniently, chatting with either everyone or host, asking Q&A and zooming interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not possible to stay on the call for more than half an hour in free module and sometimes connectivity issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If Zoom can provide more than thirty minutes on call then that will be much more beneficial to us. We have to share our own personal invitation link instead of sharing another link.

This is known for its user-friendly interface. Very good video and audio quality . we can talk very easily no noise. This can accommodate a large number of participants in single meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Zoom one thing is that when you use this app longer than one notification will come for payment related if you are using free. another problem is that every day update the app.

Right now no issue for me in video and audio calling. Everything is okay running properly no disturbs in any cost
