Making meetings easy
What do you like best about the product?
Using zoom is easy and intuitive. Whether your meeting has 100 or 100 people, things just work

I am not a fan of the hovering meeting controls

Zoom Meeting user interface is user-friendly and even you can connect call with low bandwidth

They have added more baground images for video calling

I really like its dynamics, the process of meeting virtually favors practical times, I also really like that it simplifies my work in terms of travel since it is tedious to travel a lot

I don't like that sometimes the internet is blocked due to bad internet, that more than anything influences Latin America and I think they can improve

What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly, and available on all operating systems inlcuding mobilde devices, smart tv's at personal computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, based on my observations during used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using zoom, during on our online troublshooting with our product vendor. I have also used zoom for personal activity such as joining seminars and trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom has a lot of features and is really easy to use, also the implementation is fast and easy. The Customer Support is fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the client is a bit buggy, but in the most cases it gets fixed with the next update.

Video Conferencing is often done over Zoom.

Integrate properly with Outlook, sometimes the time zones are set correctly and my Zoom features stop working on occassion ie: having more than 2 zooms scheduled at a time

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easily integrable with other software.so you can organize your schedule with calendly and create a meeting event.That means that after yous set your mail and your prefferd method of video call is zoom the Meting link is created atomatically to their email adresses after they book a meeting.May a meeting with apotential client for business or a seasoned client maybe.LIke for me i usually use it to communicate and schedule meetings with potential business owners who may be in dire need for solutions.
The menu is easy to use.especially on Android when the menu hangs at the bottom like a toolbar.The android team at zoom may have build the custom style to utilise the space to maximum and the design was perfectly fit to suit a zoomer" on the go!
Again a lot of businesses use zoom and zoom links which ease joining a meeting even without an account.So you may find yourself using zoom for meeting frequently that is bucaese zoom is widely used among the business community and taken as a convention to say so. Imagine,zoom does not forget user details.It will cache them automatically.Meaning that especially on android you dont have to login everytime you want to use zoom.Zoom will store your logins for once and for all, may be unless you decide otherwise.
Zoom is open source and integrating using the developers API plus a good documentation will always be up and ready for use.There are alot of plugins in the market thast are built apon the zoom api> for instace zoom is a co-architected with the video platform at upwork and is also installed on a slack workspace as a n add-on.
Zoom has great customer support who are there on several social platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and X(previously Twitter).They will be always be there to handle problems associated to the use and integration issues.And to your surprise you can imagine that zoom is perfectly integrated and moulded to the extent that errors are rare at almost every time.No outages and blah! ...

What do you dislike about the product?
Well zoom is sometimes hanging when the network is poor or slow.A lite version will probably work fine.does a lite version exist?

Zoom has helped me when we were attending a class baed on a remote environment that i took as a juicer to my career.we could use the screen like a blackboard with instant changes when the user does a change on the other end which is overly consistent and seamless.This is a technology barrier broken!Imagine screens turning to blackbards.That is to make perfect places for illustrations on projects and presentation in general.
Well when you have created an account and paid a subscription you get to create a profile which creates customer trust and authenticity.A powerful win with new clients.However you can create a smart and beatiful profile on the free tier but the premium tier adds more features to the interface which is another window of opportunities.

It is easy to use, great call quality and nothing gets on the way on the call, yet there if you need it

you need the other person to dowload the app. They don't have a web version

Videoconferencing and allowing me to be closer to other people far from me. Friends, family or colleagues

I like how i can easily set appointments and exchange information through zoom seamless video sessions.
Has also made it easier to meet with large group of people during meetings.
