What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is great, and easy to use. Setting up a meeting or joining one is very easy. I use it every week for meetings with my team and its features such as bluring the backround or dropping in an images can be fun to use.
It's easy to set up, log in and run a meeting. Seding files back and forth is easy, turnig off your camera or mic at a click of a button is great for when there is lots of noise going on around me, or if I need to step away for a moment.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are things about it that are not intuitive to adjut or change. For instance, changing my display name took some figuring out. I had to go to the guest list, select my name and then change it, there, when I feel i should be able to go to preferences and adjust it there.
Zoom also tends to have trouble with my bluetooth headset, and on several occasions i had to swap my sound and mic to the built in mic and speakers instead of the preferred bluetooth. And with the wrong settngs, my mic can be very muted and I can be hard to hear.
Chat can also be frustraing, as sometimes my team shares information and I can't copy and paste the content, and I have to screenshot it and compose it later.

They are adding soem fun features that make my meetings more intertaining and less dry.

New features added is AI its own generative tools that helps you in any documents, clips and video conferences much better that previous uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
its has more unwanted features that users never use that.

For Customer meeting, video call, some supporting customer through screen share on zoom

What do you like best about the product?
Experience is still great. Love the new feature of remote access which added a few months back. It has made our work really easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
After using the platform for a long time, I feel the after sales support has a scope to improve. The support is definitely good, but its not very prompt.
Also Zoom can be much interactive like google meet, it would be much better with web app interface and not desktop app.

What do you like best about the product?
The zoom has features where we can create multiple rooms and that features works best for me these days as we can talk to a group and create different rooms to segregate them and is the best collaborative feature. Other features like screen share, recording, transcribe features are the best. Other VC apps has voice echoing issues but with zoom, I never experienced that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instant messaging has improved and the only problem is that it doesn't show the activity status accurately. Zoom signs out most frequently and I have to log in again and again even though it is for security purposes, it seems annoying when I'm in a rush to join a meeting it asks for sign it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The audio quality has been improved lately. It helps the users to connect and discuss things even miles apart. The screen sharing and remote control features helps users a lot. Improved security patches to prevent data breaches enhances user experience.

Zoom has every feature and functionality you would need for a video conferencing software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings are confusing and sometimes finicky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to do video conferencing with the entire company (up to 60 people). Able to integrate with Google Calendar. Easy to schedule and delete meetings.
